Hi. I've not been around for a while....but for those who already know, I would like to give a brief update....it's a boy Everything is fine. I'm getting rather large- my bump will soon be bigger than Katie Holmes'!
He's due on May 18th- same date as Angelina Jolie's.

I'm really looking forward to it- hope he will be out soon (my feet are getting quite swollen these days). But I hope I still have time to watch 'Lost' which is coming back on May 2nd!
I want to have a water birth this time. I thought of hiring my own pool, but as you never know exactly when the baby will arrive, it would work out quite expensive for a heated one, then I may end up being sent to be induced....so I'm hoping to grab the hospital's only pool before anyone else does! (Ever seen that episode of 'Curb Your Enthusiasm' where Larry gets into a fight with a women so he can check into the doctor's waiting room before her?! I might try that, in labour, lol!).

Still not sure on a name
Any ideas?!

My son/angel (he's 2 and a half) is called Johnny James, so those names are already taken....but I thought of Thomas (Johnny-Jim & Tommy-Tim ! But does that sound too much like 'Tom *** '? What about 'Thomas O'Malley after the cat in Disney's 'Aristocrats'?!
I was quite partial to 'Cosmo' for a time, until a few people persuaded me otherwise....

Anyway, I'll catcha later!

Congratulations, Em!

I am so happy and excited for you! Gosh, I haven't seen you around for a long time! No wonder!

I, too, would want a water birth. How peaceful and nurturing. Mmmmm I love WATER. I am a swimmer. I hope it works out for you.

Baby Boy names? Well, I like "N" names - Nathan & Nicholas. I also like "A" names - Andy & Austin. I also like "J" names - Jesse & James. I also like Christopher Robin from Winnie the Pooh.

Let me know what you name him and keep us updated!

.
Thanks for the update, Em....

Just heard on the news that Katie Holmes just had a baby girl...seven pounds, seven ounces...they gave the name, but I missed it...

Liked the suggestions you got for names...

Nepthys suggested.....

quote:
Baby Boy names? Well, I like "N" names - Nathan & Nicholas. I also like "A" names - Andy & Austin. I also like "J" names - Jesse & James. I also like Christopher Robin from Winnie the Pooh.

I have a son Robin, and HE has a son Nicholas, who is my grandson of course...

When the time is right, you'll think of the right name....

Be sure to keep us updated....

Love,
Rainbow

Awww!! Good luck with the birth!
A great site is http://behindthename.com/ and if you want the babys name to have a particular meaning, say 'strong' or 'kind' then check the box Search for words in meaning under the search engine box and you'll find quite alot including what country or religion their from.
