Omigosh, I don't know whether that's cute or..... really not cute at all.

Frustrating.

Sueg, your son is very definitely a Scorpio - all the wisdom and knowing wrapped in a 7-year old. From the things I've read, he is very typically observant and aware of women even at his young age. What a blessing he must be though.

Yes I think you are right BlueTopaz....thanks!!

A few weeks ago I was working at a healing fare and my hubbie brought Jacob in to see me. Most of the therapists were female, with the odd one or two males.

I told him I may be doing another one soon and asked if he would come in to see me again, to which he replied "oooh not sure Mum...tooo many women in one room"

Bless him...

Funny, funny kids...

When my daughter was 7, we were about to receive a visit from the Virgo's brother, a Scorpio...and I took her aside and said, very seriously, "Now, I want you to be on your best behavior. I want him to see what a nice girl you are."..and she said "What do you want me to do? Dress up in a nurse's uniform and serve him coffee all night?" ...I said, laughing, "that would be a good start".

She hid in the basement all night and played video games.....which was fine with me.

Jus looking through some of Jacob's old school books and found this...

"I love you Mum, I dont care if you have lady grumps, you are a special Mum.

I will love you forever"...

Lady grumps...thats what he calls PMS...

* * * * * * * * * *

Sitting on a bench in the garden, he points at my tummy and says "theres not a baby in there is there mum" and I says "no its food" and then he says "oh good I hate babies, they are too noisy" I replies "if it was a brother or sister you wouldnt hate them would you" he says "yes because you would love them more than me. Anyway you dont want another child, it would be too much hard work for you"

Out of the mouths of babes hey

He is dead right too. I only ever wanted one child and how strange that he doesnt want any siblings...God's plan hey?

I also find this in the same book

"Wen it was mums day I gev my mon her presens and ten wiy took my mum to the pup and then wiy sleep"

On mothers day we all went out for lunch to a pub and when we came back I had a sleep because I was tired..

The teacher wrote under this passasge "I am sure mum was delighted"

I bet she thought I was drunk and then had to go to bed to sleep

(I dont actually drink anymore. Jacob said to me once "why dont you drink beer then mum and I told him it didnt suit me and he replied "oh good I dont want a drunk for a mother.. ]

haha!!

Glad you liked it Yang.

"The bench in the garden"....ooohh sounds like the title of an ominous novel...

* * * * * *

I think I have told this one before....anyway...

When Jacob was about 5 or 6 he used to come home from school and say how much he liked one of the little girls in his class..

He came home one particular day and threw himself on the floor and hand clutched to his heart started to mutter "oh oh I am in love..what am I to do". He then started to roll around the floor in the most dramatic way....

An astrologer told me once there was an aspect in his chart (something to do with the 5th house I think) which indicates acting skills....

Hahaha.....who would have guessed that daaaaaaaarlings?

I was walking home earlier on, when I past a mother and her young son( probably between 2-4, the son)and overheard what they were talking about. The son was talking about not having to go to play school at Christmas time and discussing it with his mother. The Mother also mentioned about a Christmas play to be performed at the (local) Church. Anyway, they were talking about it and I could hear the excitement in the kid's voice!
As I walked on, I thought to myself how I would like to be that age again, the age of innocence and happiness!

I was just laying in the garden with Jacob in the hammock...

He said to me "I will be back soon...just gonna go to play". So I said "you dont have to come back and be with me its too boring for you" and he replies "you are not boring Mum, you are a very loving woman".....

Such an old head on young shoulders...

He then said...even if I didnt see you for 200 years I would still remember and love you forever..

Past life connection maybe....

Bless him...

Sue G - amzing age and full of delights
All the other kiddie stories are great too!

The best memories I have of cutsie things my daughter said (now 14): when she was about 6 or 7 her great grandfather died and I decided to let her experience a funeral, so off we all went to the service, she was quiet as a mouse, then on to the graveside and as the silent mourners were lifting the casket from the hearse to be carried to the grave, miniature saggi pipes up in a very loud voice, "Oh geez do we have to dig the hole now?!"
Luckily, it lifted the moment and most people had a good laugh about it

The other thing I remember is as a toddler she couldn't speak perfectly as most little ones don't and when her religious grandma asked her what her favourite video was she proudly said "Snow White and the seven little hors"! (hors - to rhyme with doors)
Grnadma was not amused! Until we explained she couldn't say 'dw-arves' yet!
Kids! - Brilliant!

I have always loved Piglet from the Winnie the Pooh movies. Jacob and I always loved to watch them and I would run up to the tv and kiss Piglet when he came on the screen....haha...

I have a little piglet sitting next to my computer, he is so very cute.

A couple of days ago I was walking around town and I saw a woman I know. She was carrying a big soft toy. As I got closer I realised it was Piglet!!!! She gave it to me and a big Winnie the Pooh also!!!.

I put them in the car and went to collect Jacob from school. When he got into the car he screamed with delight...he couldnt believe we had another Piglet. He said to me "oh Mum I was gonna ask you for a bar of choc but these are much better they will last longer'!!

So we cuddle up to Piglet and Pooh.....on the settee and they are so soft and warm.

The lady also gave me a heart shaped cushion with Pooh's face on it....Jacob sleeps with it...

Aaaaahhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!

We Piglet

I got a numerology report done for Jacob....look what came out...

 Your Soul Number is SIX.

Devoted, loving, and sympathetic, your life centers around the well-being of your family and those you love. A happy, harmonious personal life is what you value above all else. You will also find satisfaction in serving those in the outside world, becoming involved in the helping professions, in community service and affairs, or by giving generously of your time and help to your friends. You are protective, responsible, and conscientious towards those who depend upon you, and you are the ideal mother or father in many ways, though you can be too involved in the lives of your loved ones. Learn to allow family members the freedom and room to make their own choices and mistakes.

You respond to beauty, and are gifted in the arts. Creating a beautiful garden or home is very satisfying to you.
