I’ve been to a qigong seminar, and I have a friend at work who practices it. He got into qigong from the karate side of it. When he started studying pressure points with his sensei, they moved into the study of qigong. The seminar changed me. I've reprioritized and refocused what is important to me.....

I don’t have a personal success story to relate (as yet) but I have felt the ball of energy between my hands…..
I encourage everyone to be skeptical, but also to keep an *open* mind 
My thought is, if it's been around for more than 5,000 years, there must be something to it
