This is UTTERLY F*CKING RIDICULOUS.I have floated in and out of LL for a few years now, I have watched a lot of people become close, bicker, throw nasty words and mean spirited banter amongst each other- BUT THIS IS THE LIMIT. It just never stops, does it? EVERY day one of the players in whatever hot drama is being acted out has to post some d@mn thread referencing something that happened last year or last month with some other person who doesn't even post here. I don't care how much psychobabble gets put in. I am tired of the "i am going to kill myself" threads. No matter how much fun a person can have with randomly capitalizing certain letters, it doesn't make derogatory statements glow with LoVe and LiGHT....
I like to stay off of the drama wagon, but it seems to be the only stoplight in town.
I like it here. I like the mix of people here. I like the support we give each other. LET THIS SH!T GO BEFORE YOU ALL DESTROY LINDALAND. PLEASE.

Hate and anger are powerful forces. Love cannot even dissolve them if they are strong enough. In many cases, one can only run away from them, or destroy them.I agree MK. It is sad to see. I'm sorry it is happening too.  I am doing my best to try and make it a nicer place. I have only been moderator for a little over a week. I am tired of all the drama too and I have asked Randall to help me out here to clear the air of all the pollution. It's ugly. It's awful. We are all supposed to be one. It's my fault really because there are people who don't like me here at LL and they don't want me to be a moderator. When Randall made it official that me and Zala would be mods here that is when all the ugly things started happening. So it's my fault and I am really sorry. IP: Logged |

What do you mean it is your fault? Randall had an open thread asking whoever is willing to volunteer, and I believe there were more than enough people who suggested your name (along with Zala and a few other names too), and I believe the choice was made based on majority consensus and the board admin's fairness. If someone had a problem with the moderator choices, where were they when the thread was active? Where were they when Randall asked to volunteer time? In all fairness - to all the Linda Land moderators - i believe you are doing a good job, if not a great job - and learning is a process. Three cheers to that! ------------------

Thank you, Sattvic. You really and truly are one of the nicest people I have ever met. The pisces moon and cancer asc. have kicked into full mode at this time and you know that watery effect on the emotions. It's been a very trying day ( literally) and I am emotionally drained. I have been staying out of LL a few days except to post Happy Birthday to NAM.
This is not the first time, as you know far too well, that I step away and certain ones seeming to not have me to go at (as happened last fall, where I left after being brutally attacked by 2
people, and my threads, or threads of kindness to me were hijacked by HSC, and as usual my friends get attacked in lieu of myself. Some folks need the drama of having an enemy that they will attempt to create dissention to aquire an enemy. The attention and drama excites them and gives them an excuse to fight and cry their crocodile tears and garner pity from(sometimes well meaning) naive folks.
I was hoping it would blow over this time, but
HSC has made some SERIOUS threats and is still accusing a person of something they did not do. He betrayed many of us over our private information, and or made up things, yet wants his life to be private? Demands it even? Yet feels this way about the rest of us?

HSC needs serious professional help and should print these terrible pages out and show them to his psychiatrist. If he is not already on a mental disability he should try to apply for such and then be able to get the help he needs. If he is already on mental disability he needs to tell the caseworker that he is not getting proper help for his case and they will assign a new therapist or psychiatrist.

That's why I like your posts MK. You have the ability to say what I'm thinking. Sorry I haven't posted on your other thread regarding the cancer. I'm sorry to hear.. try not to worry. I know.. easier said than done. Mirandee: I really envy your cool-headedness. (If that's a word) I believe that you and Zala both will make great mods. Both of you seem to have the ability to get your points across without losing your heads and maintaining a little grace. Edit: I deleted the narcissism comment.

Mirandee,Don't take on other people's issues as your own. You are not responsible for other's behaviours or emotions. MK, I'm with you there. I about posted my "see you all around, it's been nice, have a good life" post last night. It's just too draining to come and see all this emotional poo everyday. ~~~~~~~~~~

Thanks buddy. Ironically I am going to de-activate the blog for now. I am not finding time to update it, and moreover, I also am in the plans for hosting my own site sometime soon. Moreover, I am also getting involved with GhostVillage team more with articles etc.... I just about de-activated that blog, but will save it and host it on my own site soon.------------------

Thank you all. It is so very much appreciated to have your support for Zala and myself. Zala, I realize that this all went down while you were sick. I hope you are feeling better today.  I agree that we have all had enough of the drama around here. I would like the new folks here to LL to realize that this is not the way things are meant to be at LL and we are working on cleaning up the pollution around here. There are good and wonderful people here at LL. But like in all of life we get the bad along with the good. Everything that went down here at FFA the past few days was as designed as it was intended to be due to the hatred and vengeance of a very few people here at LL. However, I think they showed their true characters and hurt themselves more than they hurt me or anyone else. Hang in there guys. And I am for a group hug and unity right now.
