Pidaua is out of Surgery now. They didnt remove the fibroid because it was bigger than the doctors first thought. It has merged with the uterus.

The good news is she is up and moving around with very little pain. The fibroid is not cancerous. The doctors and nurses have said that she has set the bar for other patients. Hee hee. Thats my wife. This will not hinder us from conceiving a child. I will give you more updates as I get them. I am not sure when she will be able to leave the hospital. Hopefully, Thursday.

We really appreciate the wonderful words of encouragement. You folks on here are great. Thank you again for the support. Pidaua may not beable to get on here for a couple days yet. She is still in the recovery period. I know she will come on here and reply when she is able.

I love you Pidaua and I cant wait to see you again. Hugs and kissess for you and only you!!!

Bear gave you a bit of an update, but I will give you the blood and guts version (yes, you can tell I am in good spirits.. home way earlier than expected and that is a good thing).

I got back from the hospital early- one of the quickest recoveries they have seen in forever. My doc was impressed that I was able to walk within hours of the surgery. They were not able to remove the fibroid. It has merged into my uterus and there is no way to determine where the fibroid ends and the uterus begins. I also had a kinked fallopian tube which he fixed and put back into place (yay). The good news is that the Lupron shrunk the fibroid down to the size it would have been about 6 years ago, which means I should be able to get pregnant and conceive no problem. If there are any issues, then I would have to get the hysterectomy, but The doc feels I will have no issues. My health, other than that, is 100%. I am barely taking any of the pain meds, unless needed, and I am okay. Most likely, the fibroid will just hang out until I go through menopause..then it will quietly shrink away

I wanted to thank everyone for your prayers, well wishes and all the healing light. I FELT everyone's strength and prayers. I made such a quick recovery that even my surgeon was astonished. I was barely using the IV morphine and quit it all together by the next morning. I was doing laps around the surgical recovery floor LOL.. yes.. Moon in Sag, Sun in Leo was good to me .

I couldn't have done it though without the strength of everyone around me and pulling for me, epecially my wonderful Husband, Bear and my family. Bear was on the phone with my dad, my mom and me (once I could talk) to make sure everything was okay. He even talked to me when I was in and out from the pain meds LOL...

I am truely and totally blessed for all eh gifts I have been given.

Again, thank you all for your support. I need to lay back down now... but I just wanted to let you all know how I was doing and thank you again for your prayers and strength.

The butterfly has become someone of a mascot these days. The flowers that I received from friends all had either had a butterfly on the balloon or one of those pretty butterfly pins inside of the arrangement.

I told my dad about it.... and how I saw the first one right after my Abuela died on Monday. He felt it was a sign and I do too..

Major transformation and the beginning of a new phase.

I am glad I can share it with everyone here and you all have shown much love. I will never forget it (and neither will Bear).
