another thing that used to work ..
using a large caliber firearm ..
blowing the krap out of tin cans .. metal buckets .. and glass bottles ..
( paper targets don't quite have the same response to being hit )
at worst you might get a sore shoulder from a rifle ..
and a ringing sensation in your ears ..

swimmings' good .. i.e. exercise type swimming ..

actually regarding anger release plus exercise ..
well i'd put the punching bag at the top of the list .. ( from what i've tried )
.. i just never figured how to avoid blisters ..
some form of martial art might be a good idea ? ..

second down the list for anger release .. getting really physical with a strat ..
i.e.letting loose on it .. really attacking the strings 'n such ..
it pays off with single coils .. they respond well accordingly ..
( listen to just about any steve ray vaughn live recordings .. or buddy guy .. )
sweaty hands and dropped plectrums can be a hassle :-)
( i take it you still have your white one ?? )

so when you do get a better amp ..
all that hard slog with a not so great amp ..
will pay off ..

anyhow .. i just drew some rune stones ..
whilst thinking about a better amp setup for b.o.e.
and they told me .. something cool is trying to find you ..
my runes are always right .. havn't failed me yet ..
so don't give up hope on that level .. :-)

and .. one mp3 got left out this time ( server space )
be just a pop tune .. but the intro is neat ..
excellent use of an open C chord ..
at least i think thats how it's played ..

Man, I'd be happy beyond all reason if something cool were trying to find me! I have been slacking in the musical department ever since my guitar playing friends left town. I'm about to try and get a job at a guitar store though, so that should be fun. I know the guy, I'm sure he'll give me a job.
My life is in kind of a rut right now, a lot of weird things are happening. I guess music really is the only thing that makes sense anymore. lol

sunshine~ Yep, my anger thing got pretty much worked out. Hope yours does too! Lack of rest is a killer. I just pretty much live for weekends. Hope it gets better for you too.
