With Lexigram Magic, I think it's best that they have a love for the subject matter. That way, we might also get more posted Lexigrams for words and phrases and so forth. Since you are the Senior Mod, I'll let you make the choice. Shea hasn't been around, so she probably should be dropped. If you don't want any help, I will respect that also. So, from zero to three more Mods can be added. Your choice.

Thanks for the vote of confidence, Randall. It really means a lot.

Don't worry about adding new mods. I feel the same need for them and I'm sure the forum will benefit from their help. Shea is missed.

So, let's see. I think possibly adding 2 more mods might be good. Lexigrams can take a bit of time and energy and it would be nice to have a few people committed to giving input in the forum on a regular basis. I'm also partial to the number 3.

So criteria ... persons who have a love for lexigrams. Persons who, imo, contribute or have contributed regularly over the years to LM. Persons who have been around a while (since I remember that being mentioned when fieryscales was being considered for modship). And, certainly persons who haven't expressed a desire to not be moderators.

The two members I see fitting within those criteria the most are LEXX and wlorac (aka CarolW). I don't know if either are currently willing to be moderators for certain, though. LEXX and wlorac, I'd sure like to hear anything you have to say about becoming moderators in LM and whether or not you want the position.

And if anyone else wants the position, or feels they have been overlooked, please speak up!

The one thing I always really liked about lotus,
is her great love for Linda Goodman

Did Peri mention that SueG was back?
I liked her suggestion for a forum about Magic and Spells

Quick question Randall
I'm not very good at numerology but if you're going to do a #21 forum then why not 22
(isn't that a Master Number? )

If this is a silly question, then ignore me.

Lala

I like the idea of Magic and spell, also, as well as Theosophy and Religion; I feel this subjects are Linda Goodman related

Eleanore I agree, Lexx would be a brilliant support

I say Lotus for Private Readings. Shes devoted alot of her time in the past on giving readings to others. (Not sure if she still is or not) She's good at what she does, knowledgable and fairly accurate. Also as LLL mentioned, Lotus's love for Linda.

Angel_of_Hope,

Thanks..

But

I'm kind of a gypsy right now, I don't have a home, or my computer set up...
Also, from the 1000's of readings I gave...
I had alot of two face character's messing
with my Mind..it brought me alot of heartache..

I still do readings, and please I have 100's of emails to reply to, so be patient, I am answering them in the order I received them, and will get back to you, readings should really been done in person, one on one...

And, the answers are within..

I hope I haven't upset anyOne, just been going through alot in the last 6 months,
it's been extreme...

LOve and Reverence to ALL. ...

Lotus

I highly agree! A most effective reading is done on a one-on-one, not that a reading on-line is no good, but the most effective readings always work best in person.

After much consideration, the available positions for moderators in LM have been expanded to include persons who may not necessarily be adept at lexigramming themselves but who are willing to monitor and participate in the forum on a regular basis. I still feel that 2 more mods would be appropriate.

Wlorac, Motherkonfessor, and goatgirl, are any of you interested in being moderators in Lexigram Magic? Please feel free to respond here or to contact me at EleanoreLL@hotmail.com with your responses. Anyone else interested, please let me know.

Motherkonfessor. Now there's a thought. Level-headed, fun and in possession of a good BS detector.

Excellent choice Eleanore

voting is fun

I previously accepted your offers, both publicly and privately, but still waiting for the nay or yay.

It would be an honour to share the Lexigram Magic moderatorship with you!

Angel_of_Hope would be a possible good choice too, and Unmoved though not around much would be another.

Thanks LEXX!

I'd be up for that in LM, Eleanore.

I feel I must say though, I don't contribute regularly. In fact not much at all really.

On the other hand, I do visit LM with each visit here to LL to see the latest discoveries.

In the end, the choice is yours.

I think you would be fine for the position.
Even though I was previously nominated by many, both publicly and privately, more for than against me,
and twice I accepted.
My sincere thanks to those who nominated me.
I am not surprised at the outcome, I was rather expecting it to go thusly.
I will not be made a LM mod
I am sure that will make for considerable rejoicing!

Eleanor,

I wrote you an email, though I'll respond here as well.

I am flattered, though right now, I don't feel like I can give that commitment, due to Kevin's continued up and down in the health dept., as well as I have about 10 weeks left in this pregnancy, and then I'll really be strapped for time. Perhaps in another 6 months or so, my situation will be better timewise.
