Do you prefer to work and interact as part of a group; indeed, do you find pleasure in identifying strongly with a group, organizing and participating in its activities?

Or do you find you relate better to individuals and focus on them rather than on "group dynamics/theory" (yeah yeah)?

I'm definetely the latter - not a "joiner"; group scenarios and popularity contests make me run for the hills. Which type of person are you?

Love,

Xena

I like to work alone, but I can get along in a group as well.

I usually am kind of a loner though.

Is this in bed or just in general?

Cause my responses would vary greatly.

Though I like being social and generally get along with others, I definitely need my space.

I am more individual that's for sure.
I find group things kind of stressful for the most part. In part, because my nature is to try and balance everything and make everyone happy, and in part because I am extremely sensitive to my environment and all this dynamic group energy tires me a little.

Being by myself is bliss.
I absolutely love love it.
I could spend a whole day by myself, going to Borders for the day, having some oriental food for lunch (right now im into Korean food), the off to the pub for a fine glass of red wine and a little read, then capping it all off with pleasure in the form of a nice chat with a good friend.

Its all about balance, I couldn't be by myself for an entire week, say, but a couple of days would be bliss.

You sound like me, Dew. I've spent many long happy days at Borders. Then would often meet a friend who lived nearby after for sushi and/or a few beers.

In a group, I am usually the leader, although sometimes I like to take a back seat and lead from the sidelines.

my preference would be individual or maybe i could consider 1 partner now coz i recognize i kinda need people too ehehe.

group i can follow if you're capable. i can lead if you're incompetent. would prefer to lead though at this point in my life. usually i just avoided work.

iv seen teams where everyone was brilliant but didn't achieve success. i dunno why.

Ugh I dislike group projects greatly because if it's classwork, your grade depends on everyone's participation and some people are just plain lazy or lack the skills necessary to get the job done if you get my drift. I fly solo.

Teams in sports I do enjoy, because it makes you feel like you belong somewhere and each person counts as part of a greater effort. I've always wanted to be part of a sports team in school but I was never good at sports.

I don't know why I feel differently with classwork than I do with sports...

School starts back today. Hope there are no presentations this semester.
