PA ~

You were just in the hospital two months ago??
Dr Zala would like to know how you're building yourself back up in addition to chocolate biscuits and spirits??
Have lots of recommendations -- I had TWO month-long bouts of the flu last winter.....

hey zala - i'll double check that mantra - it's one of the mid chakras - pretty sure sacral - will verify. its in a deepak chopra 7 laws of yoga book.

now, dr zala - since beginning of april have had one week in hospital with pneumonia followed up with three bouts of flu - i'm on my third now. what have i been doing? umm, trying desperately to rest. i just really wish i had opportunities to do something i would really love for myself and that would really pick up my spirit - like i said, i'm feeling so restricted at the moment. need some doors to just naturally and miraculously open. but then, if i was to be honest i would say that i don't have the energy and at the same time having the opportunities would provide me with the energy. its a cycle that i want to break. i quite seriously don't drink - so i'm not into the spirits. i don't often eat biscuits but today i made up for it - just from feeling down. but i am addicted to coca cola and i know that it depletes my energies. so i need to force in some discipline there. what would be healing for me is doing something stimulating and creative - and i'm bursting for a chance - that's the brick walls i'm up against at the moment. it feels like a waiting game. and i'm not happy to wait. i like to act immediately. so waiting is tiring.

you know? ah - more of a rant.

actually, i've always wanted to take up yoga. i'm good at reading about it. lol.

Just clearing up before signing off.....
What hobbies do you have, luv?? Or, what kinds of knowledge do you want to pursue?? You sound kinda "stuck" in a rut..... What are those "stimulating, creative" things you want to try??

I don't imbibe spirits either, hon And as for that coca-cola stuff, perhaps I will post the ingredients-list and scare the daylights out of you

Do you have much ginger in your diet?? Ever take echinacea or astragalus?? I have quite a list of immune-system strenghtheners.....

hey zala - my turn to go off to bed but didn't want to leave this unanswered - it feels incomplete inside myself.

i do feel stuck in a rut. and i'm very much a person of action - and really that's all the aries you'll get out of me - i will get up and do what i have to do if its what i want to do - but that's the thing - i dont quite know what i want to do. when presented with a blank canvas everything seems appealing. but the thing is - what am i here to do? in my heart - that's what i'm yearning for - and that's what i'm seeking to find. whether it be that someone just confirms what i think or tells me outright. that's where i am. i'm also very stubborn and want to do only what i want to do. i tend to rely on the universe to take me where i need to go but this time they want me to tell them where i want to go and it's a bit new and i'm a bit lost. i'm not afraid of making mistakes. i just want to choose "the one". some people are looking for "the one" true love. i'm looking for "the one" true vocation or service.
