What is meant to happen? The screen flashed blue for less than a second toward the end? What's it all about?

I watched it again properly and it flashed blue around 54 seconds, Then it pixelated around 1 minute. It went grey at 1.08. Then it went upside down around 1.30 ?

The channel owner is trippy
