What does it mean when a person's name is in your name? Does anyone know?

It is under 'Lexi help needed from friends' on page 2 of the lexi forum - Magic Ali.

Her name Ali Rees was in her boyfriends name.

Dear Learning Angel,

I have very often found a name to be contained within another person's name and/or surname and intriguingly this would usually occur with lovers! But what I hasten to add is that, in my personal experience, this was more present in foreign - rather then English names! Such two persons would always be "soulmates" , often even married and sometimes "falling in love"... If the two were not already in a relationship, I found that the person WHOSE name had "both" names in it, was the person with more initiative for romance, the one starting it all.

Perhaps we should lexi A NAME WITHIN A NAME?

Hi Miracle,

Thanks for your great answer. Very intriguing!

I have been trying to lexi my own name for several months and it just never felt complete so I kept putting it down. Last weekend I picked it up again and a name just jumped out at me - the name of a guy I had a date with several weeks ago.

My sense is that this person will play some part in my life. I guess time will tell...

I must say it was rather startling!

Thanks again. ALA

It's funny you say that Miracle.....my guy has my maiden name, my first name and my spirit animal name in his name.....and the phrase "david met irene via email"...which is exactly how it happened!! I remember the first time I saw him, I knew him already!!!

ALA, I think it will be interesting to see how your story unfolds with this hidden message....a love? a lesson? a soul mate?
Please keep us informed!!!

OH!

Learning Angel - thank you for sharing your experience. I think you have made me realise (or at the very least you REmindED me) how equally important it is to look for NAMES in lexis as well as WORDS!!! I kNOW there is a connection... there must be... a reason why we carry other people's vibrations in our names and surnames. Did you like the guy? If so, may IT happen!

La-Tee-Da - You swept me off my feet!!! What a story!!! Every good wish your way - and IRENE - what a beautiful name!

Miracle,

I definitely liked the guy. Oh yes, there was a connection on both ends.

That said, I have dated a large part of my life and in looking back I realize men seem to be the great teachers for my life lessons (translate: heart pain with growth). So while I definitely agree he will be part of my life, I am hoping this one will be less of a teacher and more of a lover!

Thanks again for your comments. ALA

Miracle.....thanks for the nice compliment. This guy that carries all my info in his name, is currently in his "9" year and is working thru some heavy lessons, so I have stepped back to allow him to learn. It has been a hard time, but I have faith that everything will be just as the Universe has planned. Besides, how can he escape with all my info clearly placed in his name?

Since we're in the subject of names...

my gf and I both have the same first 3 letters of our names... Sam. lol actually we both weren't looking at that time... being just good friends... and then BAM! it hit us... lol

Freaky thing is, our attitudes are quite the same. We often joke that this relationship is "narcissistic" and we only fell in love with ourselves as the opposite sex. But still, I love her the way she is. ^^;

La-Tee-Da, incredible!!!
Reading this thread I realized that I have my husband's surname in my name, as well as the name of our first son. When I think about how we met, I always get curious about our past life connection and our destiny, maybe our names can give a clue?
