mirage29;
somewhere I thought I saw you being wished a happy birthday.
I thought you are a Gemini not a Capricorn.
Maybe I am confused though.

Yes very interesting, and your guess somewhat correct.
They were used for secret codes and messages,
and for divination;
and have been around for thousands of years.

Yes indeed yay for no errors!

OK, ATT is not a real word.

Acronyms are not allowed in strict error free Lexigramming;
unless the entire phrase the acronym represents can be found within the letters of the word/source being Lexigigrammed.
Fun nevertheless.
Also once in awhile even though not proper Lexigram wise;
an Acronym will have seeming relevance as your
(North Atlantic Tracks (NAT)
Acronym does.
For example;
I would tell folks to not worry if they had A.I.D.S. in their name;
unless they could spell out the entire phrase the Acronym represented.
However if the person is actually afflicted with that ill, then it is relevant for them.
So with rare exceptions;
Acronyms generally add meaning that is not actually to be found within the source being Lexigrammed.
The same goes for slang, mispelling, homophone misuse, and so forth.

anti-salt is not a real word but if it were;
it would be one word, as hyphens = one word not two.
In this case ANTI-SALT is an Anagram of ATLANTIS.

You can use the letters in the amounts they appear in your source you are Lexigramming.
For example:
ATLANTIS
AA=2
I=1
L=1
N=1
S=1
TT=2

Add another word to ATLANTIS;
such as RISING
and you could use these letters in these amounts:

ATLANTIS RISING
AA III L G NN SS TT

AA=2
I=3
L=1
N=2
S=2
TT=2

slatt is not a real word.
However yes, Lexigramming can be quite a lot of fun!

Here are some (not all of course)words found within the letters of the word;
ATLANTIS
AA I L N S T

ATLANTIS

ATTAINS TITANS ATTAIN LANAIS LATIN ASLANT TAINTS ATILT NATAL TILTS SNAIL TITAN LINTS SATAN SLAIN ALIAS NASAL TAINT TAILS TINTS STINT STILT ATLAS STAIN SATIN SAINT LANAI NAILS SLANT TANS ALAS AILS SLIT SNIT LINT SLAT TILT SAIL NITS ALIT ANTS TINT SALT NAIL ANAL LIST TATS TINS LAST T!TS TAIL SILT LAIN ITS SIT SIN INS ANT TAN NIT TAT T!T TIN TIS AIL NIL LIT SAT AT TI IN AN LA AS IT IS I A

On the way to better but skin is still nasty and fragile and a long way from well.
Complications are getting under control hopefully.
Going to have lots of scars.
Over two months of suffering I am glad it is letting up.
Still disabled and ill from other things.
Started insulin shots too.
Meds leave me nauseated and one caused a 10 pound weight gain.
Quit tobacco, Phenylalanine, most meat, most sugar, added salt, cut way back on coffee, but still unwell.

Just taking things one day at a time.
Thanks for caring.
