You can consider it such;
or just for fun;
and of course divination; or finding patterns; or indicators of past lives; or likes/dislikes/fears; just about anything.
So when Lexigramming you go the direction that feels right to you.
People should create their own Lexigrams when doing their names because each person knows themselves best.
