How do you spell G*O*R*G*E*O*U*S ?

Warm summery mid-October with the scent of wood burning nearby, pumpkins on porches, lazy, hazy, days. I can almost taste the goodness in the air.

I just love talking to myself, here at this forum.

I'm really missing Autumn in NC. I can kind of feel the weather cooling off over here but there is no real Autumn. Just like Miami, lol. Though the winters are surprisingly cooler than Miami.

I just miss walking/driving through the Nature back in NC. All the leaves changing color, the crisp weather that just smells of Autumn, and all the lovely decorations people put ... especially the hay. I love the sight of hay!

Those aren't mine, I found them on dogpile. But it's part of what I miss seeing all over the place.

Cool. It's really cool today and I am stuck indoors studying and suffering from the torment that mother nature decided to give females.

hmmm

don't know...will go and stalk my neighbor's and have a closer look!

the branches look like a Mesquite, way too common here, but the foilage does not.

will investigate soon!

It just seems odd that it is so green.

Upon closer inspection it IS a Mesquite...but the ultra-green foilage had me stumped!

Today it is even greener than last week when I took those pics.

We had alot of rain in the spring and summer so I contribute the brilliant color to that, tho we are in a drought now, the mists and humidity over the past couple of days probably has contributed to it's brillance!
