T O P I C R E V I E WKamillaI woke up from the strangest dream a little while ago and it sure doesn't look like I am going back to sleep so I thought I might as well tell about it.In this dream I killed a man. At first I was a little scared of this person and then I methodically beat him to death. I was punching, kicking, slamming his body against the floor and the walls. I could hear his bones breaking, there was tons of blood and all together it was pretty gruesome and violent. I am still a bit shaky. Another thing is that my first thought as I woke up was "Thank God it happened in a dream, now I don't have to do it in real life..."What was this all about?? Needless to say I don't think I have ever seriously hit anyone in real life. PeriLet me ask you...did you break up with your bf or turn anyone down? KamillaYes, I did break up with my boyfriend about a month ago. But this relationship wasn't very serious, well, at least that what I think, and the break up was quite peaceful. I just told him that I need some time to myself, he certainly doesn't have to sit and wait for me to get out of my introverted state and we didn't talk since then. PeriWell, seems he took it very seriously and definitely he was much more hurt than he let you know when you broke up. KamillaI did have the feeling that it might be the case...and it makes me feel really lousy. I am a Sag, he is Picses. By the time he finally opened up a little I was tired of being alpha-female, having to earn his trust and making baby steps toward intimacy in the "one step back, two steps forward manner" I am sure he thinks I am a real b...ch. Thank you so much for your insight. I would never make this connection... PeriWell, I cannot say for sure it is the case but who knows...maybe Ra will shed some light ...You should not feel sad or guilty really...you weren't mean to him, your break up was peaceful and if you are not meant for each other it is definitely not your fault... RaHello Kamilla Well, Peri could certainly be right. The dream definately indicates that there is some sort of intense emotional situation being reflected, but whether or not this has to do with your ex, I couldn't say. Other possibilities could include "killing" some aspect of yourself, something about yourself you wish to destroy, or feel as if someone else is/was destroying, or could reflect feelings of anger towards someone in your life. That's about all the light I have to shed. What do you think? KamillaThank you, Peri and Ra,Hexxie quoted a very interesting article "'Symptoms of Ascension'"in a thread on Uni-versal Codes. It mentiones violent dreams as a release of many lifetimes lower vibrational energy. http://www.linda-goodman.com/ubb/Forum2/HTML/002110.html I think this dream was a release of anger towards my ex-husband. Our divorce year and a half ago was as ugly as it can be. And now all of the sudden I noticed that I don't hate him anymore. AzalakshKamilla ~Your dream really resonated with me. I didn't have a similar murder scenario, but I did have an ugly DV situation when I left my last relationship. A year or so after I left him, I had a dream that my ex was immobilized in our house and I screamed at the top of my lungs "Do you know how p!ssed off I am? Do you have any idea how angry I am with you?" and more.....That kind of outburst would've gotten me a ticket to the hospital when I was with him, but in my dream he sat there and took it and couldn't retaliate. When I woke up, my throat was sore and my voice was gravelly, but it was like a 2000-lb weight had been lifted from my shoulders and I was free of him!! No more dreams of him chasing me and hurting me!!So, it really hit the nail on the head when you wrote "now I notice I don't hate him anymore" after your dream. You killed him, he's dead and gone and can't hurt you anymore. You are free!! ZalaKamilla(((((Zala))))) RaThat is totally it ... gotta be. What a wonderful thing!
