But they are more prone than others. Generally, what Uranus and Saturn in 5th means is that this person values their fun and freedom more and can avoid situations that ultimately restrict their fun and freedom, either forever or until later in life. And children can kind of restrict you so these people often have children later in life or none at all (either because they chose not to or because they can't physically). There is also the fear of unwanted pregnancies, they are not as accepting to those as others and can get abortions if they feel restricted. On a different note, I've heard that the 5th house ruler in the 6th or 12th can cause pregnancy issues or health issues. I have that so I'm like...ugh. 5th house ruler in the 3rd can lead to someone giving birth to multiples, either multiple children at once (twins, triplets, etc) or just a bunch of children in general. Conjunctions to the 5th house ruler can also show some answers. The children might be adopted or "distant" if the 5th house ruler is in 9th or 11th. If in the 9th it could mean this person has children with multiple people or foreign people, which explains the "distant" nature of the children. In the 1st the children could be born the invasive means, like a c-section or through surrogacy. Or maybe they were born unexpectedly or in some oddly invasive place like in the back of a car. Saturn is complications, delays, external intervention, testing times etc. And requires a certain kind of maturity, patience and tenacity
So when Saturn is in the 5th or Cap is on the cusp of the 5th, these trials and tribulations come when it comes to kids.
One will have to have the emotional nature of maturity to overcome the setbacks that may come through the 5th house department.
Uranus too may be a contributory factor with regards to how the child comes about i.e the child comes in an unusual way. So this includes "external" intervention.
