Sorry the title should say guy/girl. It's addressed to everyone, not just the gals. Has anyone ever been interested in someone but then saw their chart (or your composite) and said, "No way!" If so, what were the aspects that made them non-dateable to you? Like for me, Hard Uranus aspects to Venus make me think twice. IP: Logged |

No way, that's discrimination I don't know, I've seen guys with really nice charts who turned out to be complete jerks! I wouldn't completely avoid dating guy based on his chart, but I'd definitely have an eye on those aspects lol!!! IP: Logged |

MVM, Discrimination? Like astrological prejudice? LOL! Actually, now that I think about it, I am a bit prejudice against Sag's. IP: Logged |

Helllll no. Plus tension aspects add flavor. And let me just say that as someone with natal Venus square Uranus exact, I crave relationships and commitment. IP: Logged |

Not really but when I find out a guy is a Virgo I am not that into him anymore... But that is only because of past experiences.IP: Logged |

Yeah, it's not so much aspects for me as like where their Venus or Mars is, because sometimes sets off alarms for me if it's in an air sign... And I've had a couple of REALLY bad experiences with males who have their Mars in Pisces (It's odd, somehow it always seems like I wasn't screwed up enough for them or something!)...so I do tend to run for the hills when I see that because of past stuff. amowls, don't you have a Libra moon in the 5th? I think that cancels out a hard uranus aspect anyday! Yin said something about that in another thread! LOL! IP: Logged |

seveneieghtorange, and MVM, what's the red flag associated with Moon, Venus, or Mars in Air signs? I heard Venus in Aries is a red flag, but never really experiencecd it before. IP: Logged |

this sounds really silly. i would never not date someone just because of one aspect. i mean come on. and lets say its not a very positive aspect, lets say there is a square to venus and uranus if he is older he might have delt with the frustration and learned his lesson and its not a square anymore. i understand about being wary sometimes but to not even try the person out? not to the mention you have consider the whole chart. a person can have a hard moon, in capricorn or in scorpio but have it strongly aspected with venus and jupiter which softens it a bit. I don't know about red flags for me for moon in Air...but personally for my chart, Mars in Taurus and Venus in Scorpio needs something to sink its teeth into, and I've never really connected to men with Mars/Venus in air.So I think it's personal... Venus in Aries...I can't say it's a red flag necessarily. I've dated a couple of males with this. They need to be kept on their toes, I feel. I do think it's different for everyone. IP: Logged |

Not at all. I've looked at enough charts to realize that different people activate and work with their charts in different ways. Also, jeez, I've had enough weird/plain-wrong interpretations of my own chart to know how much variety there is in how aspects play out. IP: Logged |

For some reason Im wary of Capricorn males but not females... I never want to go out with an Aries sun again because of bad experiences and Im getting bored with them. Also starting to avoid venus in Gemini, dont really seem to be the faithful type. What is wrong with us Libra moons? LolIP: Logged |

One of the first things i do when i meet a guy is look up his chart! I'm starting to wonder if this is a bad idea, because then I have these pre-conceived notions about how he really is, and i react accordingly. The big issue being what if he's not exactly like this, and I'm reacting to a chart more than the actual person. But at the same time, it's gotten to a point where I NEED to know his chart! LOL! It's a dilemna. Sometimes Astrology can be a blessing and a curse. People soemtimes avoid anyone with similar aspects to someone they had a bad experience with. (I know I do this with my ex-husband) They could really miss out on a wonderful person just because of this fear. But it's so hard to ignore "terrible" aspects. (I know, I know there aren't supposed to be any "terrible" aspects out there, it's all in context.) IP: Logged |

amowls, I don't think of Libra moon as a bad moon placement. You are very "relationship" oriented, which is good! Most of the time Libra moons need to feel part of a relationship. I say this cancels out your hard Uranus aspect because a lot of Uranus (in hard aspect) people love freedom and being an independent individual, but your moon and venus kind of cancel that out with its desire to be joined and loved. I would actually love to find a Libra moon! Goes well with my Gemini moon! IP: Logged |

I stay away from scorpios too.. :P, still do and always will do. Also, caps. I hate being controlled, emotionally tortured and what have you. Those signs are masters. And... the 8th housers, are the scorpios in disguise.. those too, actually.. but not if it's too late..Erm, ruler of the 7th unaspected is a bad sign, as well as Preponderance of air and fire. These people are ego centric b*stards. I know, cos I am one . Oh, basically, I look at the chart of my ex, and if I see it in someone else, I'd be wary. Erm, yeah, Sagittarius moons. I think they'd only commit to wild horses.. i.e., those they can never have. They should chase their commitment phobia through the meadows and back... in circles!!!!! lol. Oh, and I am very biased. If someone is super water, super fire or super earth, I know it won't end up in much. I'm super air, and super water drowns me, super fire gives me heart attack, and super earth will kill my brain due to their stubbornness. I guess I'll be a bachelorette. IP: Logged |

.. looking at a composite chart once totaly freaked me out .. interps off astro.com were full of "interference from other people" i.e. the 'others' family members and friends ..well .. i once went through hell in a realtionship due to 'others' interference .. in fact .. it killed the relationship in that i don't tolerate 'others' interfering in my relationship or life .. so .. yeah .. i would think twice before getting involved if that came up in a composite again .. ( being 'friends' yeah .. but i'd keep my distance .. and .. tread very carefully :-)) anyhow .. the lass in that composite chart .. be involved with someone in anycase .. and lives thousands of miles away .. so all in all .. it really doesn't matter .. :-)) but if i saw the same indications in a composite again .. i'd think twice or thrice .. and probably keep my distance .. not get too involved .. without testing the ground first .. could be my taurus sun in 11th at square aspect to pluto in 2nd that has me like that .. .. i don't think taureans tolerate 'interference' in general .. so maybe a bit of double whammy there .. if that be the right expression :-)) IP: Logged |

I agree with MVM- known a fair few guys with promising charts who were complete jerks! Had a composite sun in 5th house and lots of lovely love aspects with one guy... but he was very hot and cold and eventually decided he didn't want us to get attached to each other.... *) Sun sign prejudice is easy to do though...! I confess I won't look twice at a Pisces... bad habit.
