i have seen many unofficial instances of this happening already, but LEXX's suggestion that we buy lottery tickets together made me think of this...why not create a circle to focus on wishes - one at a time perhaps - for members here? for instance, we could start with everyone in the circle wishing that LEXX win the lottery very soon...? anyone game? i suspect that if we had a core, stable group of the same people putting their energies TOGETHER to achieve a wish that it might be very powerful. not that others couldn't join in when they chose! I will try. This is what The Intention Experiment was about... focusing on specific experiments, but the individuals who signed up, would focus on people in need - a different one each week.As long as I'm feeling calm, and can focus (instead of sending out more wonky energy), I'll give it a try. ok i'm in. but can you wish for currency or lotto wins? i thought it had to be a concrete thing....like a new chimminy or a new roof, but currency wasn't recognised as it holds no universal substance? am i wrong? also minimizes the creativity in how things come to us to wish for currency or such. i could be wrong, but i am really actually pretty good at manifesting, fairly quickly, and it was my understanding that we limit the universe or God when we ask for currency or the means to get something, when we should actually ask for the object of intent and let the how and when work itself out. i mean we can wish for whatever you want to, but if she needs a chimminey and roof, maybe we should focus on those objects and not the currency for quicker materialization.just my thoughts. now whatcha want? i'm in. i understand those questions very well, cpn. i myself have a little hesitation wishing for money because of how big wins have affected some people who won them and couldn't deal...i used that as a possible first project because lexx herself mentioned it...but probably we should FIRST check with the beneficiary, especially LEXX since i agree completely with her theory on prayers going awry...perhaps it is unnecessary to start an "official" circle since LLers tend to do this kind of thing for each other anyway. personally when thinking about winning the lottery - which i have done a fair amount of processing on! lol - one thing i have noticed is no matter what the pot, one could definitely spend ANY finite amount of money and be left standing high and dry...many lotto winners have actually found themselves worse off than before their wins! because having money does not guarantee the smart use of it! i just kind of wanted to start a group that was up and running and fit to deal when members needed help...which we all do from time to time!! OPEN to ideas about the best way to do it!!!!!!!! IP: Logged |

i agree with cpn... and with you kat i too think that just manifesting money is somehow not quite right - money is an elusive and illusionary thing what would most benefit the "wisher"? in LEXX's case - chimmney, roof... possibly the ability to regain "control" of her and beloved's life?------------------ ...there is no "I"... probably should ask lexx..? my own experience with manifesting money is that unforeseen expenses have always showed up to soak it up!!IP: Logged |

katatonic! I replied at LLC2 too! http://www.linda-goodman.com/ubb/Forum25/HTML/001708-8.html This is such a wonderful idea, for EVERYONE! And I totally feel this is true! quote: ok i'm in. but can you wish for currency or lotto wins? i thought it had to be a concrete thing....like a new chimminy or a new roof, but currency wasn't recognised as it holds no universal substance? am i wrong? also minimizes the creativity in how things come to us to wish for currency or such. i could be wrong, but i am really actually pretty good at manifesting, fairly quickly, and it was my understanding that we limit the universe or God when we ask for currency or the means to get something, when we should actually ask for the object of intent and let the how and when work itself out. i mean we can wish for whatever you want to, but if she needs a chimminey and roof, maybe we should focus on those objects and not the currency for quicker materialization.

so what shall we focus on LEXX? it's probably also good to have some guidelines to avoid the "backfire factor" we have discussed re prayers...since this is another form of the same process really...and yes, i thought we could all benefit from it in at least two ways...first it is good for the wisher too, and second, we can include anyone who wants in for sure! I think this "official" wish thread is a good idea! IP: Logged |

okay, well it may have been my idea but i have never done it this way before! so 1) since it was lexx who inspired it i nominate her as first wishee...and we should probably ask the wishee what to wish for... or should we have a list and anyone can submit their wish to the list? 2) any one who has some guidelines to suggest please do so!! After Lexx, may I put in a request for my dog, Bertie, to be feeling better? Thank you. IP: Logged |

teasel Please do not wait until my wish(es)are entered here. Make your wish for Bertie. PS. Wish for Bertie to be well, or healed in his current incarnation. Make sure it is a wish that is reasonably possible. Like one cannot wish for a 3 legged animal to grow their lost limb back in the animal's current incarnation unless he is a frog. Wishing for him to "feel better" is too vague and you might not like the outcome. IP: Logged |

PLEASE FOLKS...ANYONE WITH A WISH(ES) SERIOUSLY, PLEASE DO NOT WAIT FOR MINE! WISH WHEN YOU HAVE A WISH AND POST IT HERE! PS. remember, a wish must be phrased carefully. God, the powers, the forces of energy that be...will take the easiest route to grant a wish, a prayer, a spell.....which may not result in the outcome being what one had expected or even actually wanted. Most of the time what is actually needed, not simply wanted is the result. This is especially true when making wishes for people/animals, and situations/events....and not simple objects. Also, a wish is different from a request as is stated at HAH... quote: feel free to request White Light and healing for your S-elf, others, and for your pets
If that is what you are desiring, then it belongs there because it is not an actual wish, but a request. I hope that made sense.Edit to add: For example; caring, loving, well intentioned folks pray for "Betty" to be free of her pain. Well Betty dies and all who prayed cry; "Oh why did she die? We prayed so hard for her to be free of her pain. Why oh why did dear Betty die instead?" Well well well..... like I said, the universe or whatever...takes most often the easiest route... Betty is indeed free of her pain! She died! Prayers answered! IP: Logged |
