I thought I'd bounce it back to the top if any of the newbie's would like to contribute their opinion.
Or if someone has experienced something new with a particular sign and would like to comment.

Happy New Year everyone!

what about Virgo's? Anyone have any thoughts to share on a Virgo's sexuality? I've heard they can be VERY promiscuous....

Financechick-

I knew one Virgo whos middle name was Promiscuous. But it suited him. What a little He charmed me too, though. *sigh*

But every other Virgo guy I've known has been extremely shy and introverted, and basically afraid of women. (*cowers from Carlo's wrath* ) They were seemingly asexual...one of them had a erm...sexual problem though in that stamina was not his forte. A little too quick to get the job done...if you catch my drift.

But Mr. Promiscuous Virgo was quite good at charming the ladies.

I also know a Taurus with Virgo rising who also loves to charm the ladies...and mostly prefers a challenge (could be his Venus in Aries).

My Virgo Rising lover (Sun, Venus in Aries, Cancer moon) is the most promiscuous man I have ever been with. He is also the most intense and if we have to use the term "best" then he is definately THE BEST. I prefer to call him "interesting".

Forgive me for being blunt as this is only my second post, but our sex life is anything but traditional. Our motto is "anything goes", and the fact that we expose our darkest desires to each other and are comfortable enough to act them out with each other makes it the most erotic and intense sexual experience I have ever had. Which brings me to another point ...

Why do people have to assume that sex and love are one and the same. I love deeply (Scorpio moon) but what I do between the sheets has nothing to do with love although I am definitely connecting with another physical being but I don't associate the two. Maybe it's just moon/venus conj. in Aquarius, but I don't see the two as the same thing ...

Are there any other women out there who feel the same as I do? Or am I just strange?

I think it's fair to say, at this point, that there is no one answer to the question, How are Virgos as lovers?

You guys better look alive, there is a randy Cappy girl in the house now. They traditionally have a rep as the best lovers in the zodiac and I have found it to be quite true.

Welcome hrj777...do you hav maybe a short nickname we can call you?

My wife is a Virgo Rising Leo, she is more traditional, I think because of inexperience, although she is sufficiently defrosted and seasoned now. I don't find Leos to be all super sex machines. I mean they are fun in bed, yet a Cappy girl is like a long drawn out mindblowing great time, and then they can be all down for a hot quickie anytime. I am glad you are here, we don't have any Cappy girls around, I hope you stay

Did your Virgo Rising bring this quality to your bedroom, or was it your doing? My first wife was a Cappy dentist, and I was like butter in her hands, no pun intended. Cappy women, in my experience, will take any man to new heights of sensation in the bedroom, or anywhere in Nature.

Before I met my wife in August 2001, I was with a Cappy girl for several fun filled months and she is still memorable. Her Scorpio husband gave us his full blessings. In fact they picked me up at the airport when I returned to Mass from the trip where I met my wife. It was very hard for me to tell her that I could no longer be with her because of meeting Joy, my wife. I made the conscious decision to give up a lovely free spirited, fulfilling friends-with-benefits thing with this cute Cappy, to move to So Cal and start a life here with a young Leo girl whom I had just met at the Roosevelt Hotel while staying in Linda Goodman's room. I do think about the Cappy from time to time though...just sensational, you Goat girls...please stay

well oxy, it may not be fair to categorize lovers, you're right, yet the thread was called who was your best, so I take it to mean pick one, maybe talk about some others that you have personally been with, rather than keep a running total and see which sign wins. My tops has been Cappy thus far.

Bright Blessings,
Carlo

Thanks for the warm welcome Carlo. You can call me Beth for short. I thoroughly enjoy reading your comments on all the topics here ... they usually give me a chuckle!

With regard to your question, I have been pretty conservative sexually most of my life but I think I have always had that little devil in me. It was definitely my Virgo Rising man who brought it out of me though ... actually frightened me at first. But I would tend to feel that the conservative Capricorn side of me can't compete with my venus/mars conjunction and all the aspects to neptune & uranus.

I don't know about other Capricorn women though ... we're generally supposed to be conservative in bed ... I think I broke the mold

When I was born they threw away the mold...unfortunately, some of it grew back

Well, that's very interesting Beth. I think that Cappys are conservative by nature, so I don't understand how the women can be so incredible in bed. What causes that I wonder? And what sign is your Venus-Mars conjunction in? I have found girls who have Venus-Mars conjunctions to be total lookers, usually very attractive. And the aspects to the Outer Planets would cause you to be able to get in touch with a more sexually expressive side of an otherwise conservative nature. Those configurations will cause the person to be able to transcend conservative tendencies and let go in the bedroom.

Also, why would you suppose that your man's open sexual nature is more a function of Virgo rising rather than the Aries action. I would think that it would be more of an Aries/Fire randiness first than a Virgo Rising thing. You two must have some interesting interaspects between your Mars & Venus positions, and probably Outer Planet-Venus stuff going on too. have you been a fan of Linda Goodman for long? I have since I was a teen.

I have been living in LA for a little over a year now, originally from Massachusetts, so I am just getting used to it, though the Winters here are great, I think it has rained a half a dozen times since November, which is all good with me while the East Coast just got creamed last week, I don't miss that at all. Plus, I got a fabulous soulmate and bride out of it. My wife is so active, she is in the desert right now remodeling our camper van. Do you find that it's nice, being an Earth sign, to have an active Fire sign around? Sometimes it gets to me, yet I just tell her that she has to get used to doing stuff by herself, since I am just not that active. Tell me you have a ticket to Rio and I'm there, yet always flitting about isn't my way, although she has been here since she was 21, and she is 30 now, so she has more friends than me out here, so I am always all "Give this one a call...why don't you call that one?" I love time to myself, lots of it...

I never thought I was a city dweller, yet I like El Lay, I live in the Hills. We get to Malibu a lot, I like that place. Yet it is so different out here than back East, the girls in particular. I miss my mom and some friends, yet I am really getting used to the weather here, it suits me so much better than the cold. Are you from out here originally? Oh, and have you ever gone out with a Cancer guy?

I am really happy that you are here, and while you may intially smirk, and go, "Why, just because I'm a Cappy?", I say thank the gods that we have a nice Cappy woman around, and a nice person even without considering your sign Yet it's nice that you are able to be open about sharing some elements of your birthchart. Some people prefer not to do that for fear that it may cause people to categorize them, yet I say face your fears, be brave and courageous and care not a whit for what others think. Life is about facing fears and learning, and it's nice when we can lay prone on the table and let others gather around and observe the lesson. Anyways, good morning and a warm welcome Thanks again for coming by

Love,
Carlo

Hello again Carlo,

Hope you and all the other Knowflakes are out having a wonderful New Year's Eve. I guess it's a true Cappy thing to be working on New Year's Eve, so here I am at work as usual.

You asked about my venus/mars conjunction ... It's in Aquarius. And yes I do agree that it's the Aries in his chart that makes him the way he is sexually. My experience with the Virgo/Virgo Rising males is that most of them have been very promiscuous ... could be coincidence. My Virgo rising man also has Venus conjunct Saturn in Aries/8th house which I'm sure contributes to it.

With regards to Linda, I discovered her books about 10 years ago. I wish I had come across them sooner, but I guess it was not "my time". If I had to choose one person who has impacted my life more than anyone else, it was Linda. I have so much love for her. It devastated me when she died. I would love to hear about your experience in the "haunted room" in the Roosevelt Hotel. I am planning on staying there myself one day.

No I am not from L.A., originally I am from Melbourne, Australia ... but I've been here 17 years and planning to go back one day. I will keep my feelings about La La Land to myself because I do not want to offend anyone. Let's just say I miss Australia. I miss my mom, too.

For me to have an active fire sign partner around is definitely nice ... the fact that I have absolutely no fire in my chart is probably what attracted me to him.

I can't remember if I have ever dated a Cancer man before, if I did, he didn't leave much of an impression. But it's possible, I have had so many relationships because I am not one for commitment and have a tendency not to stick with relationships for very long.

I have no problem sharing my chart information with anyone. I think that astrology should be used as a tool for awareness, tolerance and understanding. If people want to catagorize or judge me based on that, it doesn't bother me. It's when people use chart information to manipulate others (and unfortunately I know some astrologers out there that will do that) ...
that's what get's my Scorpio moon in a rage.

Hope that everyone is having a better New Year's Eve than me! Not the way I wanted to start 2003, at work in a room with no windows staring at 16 computer monitors!

Sixteen computer monitors, oh my You must work in some type of security-related profession?

I wrote a script about an East Coast writer who comes to Hollywood for a screenwriting festival and stays in Linda Goodman's room, and I have been posting some of it on this site. The thread is in the Linda's Life forum, and called Linda at the Roosevelt.

http://www.linda-goodman.com/ubb/Forum5/HTML/000112.html

It is autobiographical. Joy is my wife and she had been working at the Roosevelt for about four years when I first arrived in Hollywood in August 2001. I met her my first day here, within hours of getting to my room, and we have been together ever since. I came with my friend Morgan who stayed with me in my room, although I stayed at Joy's for most of my stay, and then she came out to Mass, then I moved out here. It's all in the script now

I think possibly it's Venus in Aquarius that inclines you not to stay in relationships for long, I have historically been like that too, my Venus is in Leo and I have an Aquarius Moon. I have always wondered why I am not so great at staying in relationships for long, and hoping that it all changes now, yet I don't really think it's such a bad thing; however, I am trying to be more consistent. It's been almost a year and half that I have been with my wife. The longest I was with someone was a Gemini woman for four years in the early-mid 1990s. I do like variety I think. Ah well, you do what you can

Thank you again Beth for being so open and honest about yourself, it is a blessing to astrology and to this website to have you here. You sound like a real nice girl, and I applaud your bravery, since there are those out there who would manipulate things based on knowledge of our charts, yet I do not think any of them are here at this site. I do find that I tend to categorize people based on astrology, yet I do not think that this is critically flawed. I mean we all rate people, and while I do know in my heart that everyone is unique and different, since no two charts or people are truly identical, I do find it helpful to use astrology to have at least some baseline distinction. I know it may cause people some consternation or chagrin to be told, "You are such a (insert Sun Sign)", yet I am the first to call myself such a Virgo I find that when we can relax and basically blame astrology for everything imperfect about ourselves, others, and the world, that it magically allows us to be better and stronger ours-elves, and to face our fears. If someone says, "Carlo, you are such a Venus in Leo, or Mercury in Leo, I think great, thanks for pointing it out, now I can get to the work of transcending that part of my personality, and be less of it, and more of the other eleven signs. And when we transcend all our Planets and house and aspects, we are improving ourselves, which is always incremental, yet it's all good. It's like a teacher or boss pointing out how we can improve some work we did. If we don't let ourselves get offended and just accept the scrutiny, we can improve. I know, I know, such a Virgo

I saw Maid in Manhattan yesterday. J Lo is such a Leo lol. She really did a great job, the movie is very heartwarming. And we get to see the famous booty, which, since financechick pointed it out, is a Leo thing. I never really though of it until she mentioned it, yet thinking about the Leos I do know, they all have round rear ends, so maybe it really is a Leo thing. There is a cute line when she is with the guy running for senator, Ralph Fiennes, in Central Park, and they take a seat on a park bench, and J Lo almost sits on a magazine that is on the bench, and just as she sits on it, she sees it's a copy of People with a picture of him on the cover, so she gets right back up and says, "Oops, I almost sat on your face!" And he sits there laughing to himself, it's really funny. I really liked the movie, and it is nice too that there are many lovely shots of Manhattan, I found that to be some brave cinematogaphy, and was happy to see it, since Hollywood can help heal 9/11, and I found that the movie is doing so. And I think the movie, which is really funny, is like a companion piece for Kevin Smith's Jersey Girl, which will be coming out soon, with J Lo and Ben A. in it. The woman who plays the Christy's auction lady in Maid is hysterical. It's a sweet, light hearted movie. Anyways, enough running my mouth about movies...I just love them so much, so I guess I am in the right place Maybe I will get paid to write them someday. Until then, I write what I like

Love,
Carlo

Can't decide. Basically, it’s a tie between Virgo and Cappy. Both so sloooooooow and sensitive. Virgo was able to both amuse and excite me at the same time. This combination of light sense of humour and earthy sensuality… Yummy.
With Cappy we just clicked – he never had to figure me out, he just knew.

I had quite a good time (twice) with a Virgo lady...it was only a quick thing but it was good while it lasted.

Specifically we were more...sensuous I guess you could say, without getting too graphic.

"With regard to your question, I have been pretty conservative sexually most of my life but I think I have always had that little devil in me."

I think that's explained: (Cap/"SCORP"/Cap)
You do have a little devil trying to get out, it's stuck between a conservative ascendant & solar aspect.

Such an interesting point, Scorps have an understanding of sexuality that puts us all to shame sometimes.

LL, can you please elaborate on how a Scorpio's understanding of sex can put us all to shame sometimes?

And no Dani, I was monogamous with the Gemini and became poly at the end of it when I met and fell in love with a fabulous poly Libra in 1994, and from then until just recently I was poly.

Well I am sure you and your poly people all have some interesting times

Carlo!

I have a friend [ girl ] that has a friend [ boy ].
Well, this friend of her always liked her a lot, he always wanted to have a relationship with her, he is a nice guy, but she doesn't like him enough to have something more than a friendship.
For more than one year, he always tried to have something with her, but his attempts always failed.

Until three weeks ago...

They met at a party, they stayed talking the whole night and in the end of the party he said that he would give her a ride . Instead of going to her home, he took her to his apartment and they had a love night. She told me that the night was very good.

In the morning he took her home and returning to his apartment he had a heart attack . He is 42 years old. The attack was not fatal, he's fine.

The first time that he saw her after the heart attack, he said to her: " Girl, you almost killed me !"

Well, this is my question : Do you think it was coincidence, emotion, or what ?

Any thougts will be highly considered.

Love
Jakie
