I had my name Lexi'd and it had all sorts of ghost stuff in it... don't know. Just seemed fitting with your reply I can copy it and post it on here if you want. It's in the Lexigram thread. A Learning Angel did mine. Said that the word "ghost" was the first thing noticed. They all recommend to buy the book Star Signs (am I right on that one?) as it describes exactly what a Lexi is Angel took the letters in my name and this is what she got. Also, it is suppose to be something that is identifiable. Isn't that interesting?! I would go cross eyed or something. Well merry day to all!  I really would like to reply on this but I have to say that I didn't read everything, haven't got around to it but..I WILL!!! It is too much for now but if I don't reply now I loose what I would like to say!  First of all ghosts are spirits but spirits are not ghosts. Ghosts are stuck in earth realm, attached to what they've experienced and had. As for spirits having a sign, I don't believe that. Signs as such are (in my believe) insignificant as is time and all our thoughts that are so encaged.
I believe (as Lanny said) we have experienced many lives and so this doesn't mean one goes through the signs in order as (again) time does not excist so order is...?? Right! If I, for instance, experienced something in the dark ages I did not solve and the best time to try and do it again is now, then that's one of the reasons I came back again for now but other aspects of my soul worked on other aspects in other realms etc... In my believe it is not that black and white. Ghosts wear an energy but it doesn't mean they ARE that energy. Pfff...that was my view if someone cares.

Hi! It would make sense that Scorps attract ghosts - Scorp rules the 8th House, which is concerned with death - also with the unseen, the "vibes which we give off and pick up from others and our surroundings.
I'm a Scorp, in fact my whole family is v.v.v.V. Scorpio-Pluto-8th House dominated. Almost every place I've ever lived has been haunted. I've had some REALLY weird things happen....well, they're not weird to me, cos I'm used to it, but other people often think I'm either making it up or I've just got a very overactive imagination! Huh! Why are so many people scared or disbelieving of ghosts or astrals? They're just people, the same as you or me - just existing on a slightly different level, that's all.
...I've often wondered whether all souls are living concurrently. The "ghost" you see could be alive and well - living in his or her own time / dimension. They would think that YOU were the ghost, not them!
I'll try to explain better.....
When my Grandma died, she came to see me briefly. She knew she was dead, and moved on somewhere - she is not earthbound. The same when my boyfriend died - he came to see me several times, but he was fully aware that he was dead. But other ghosts I've met haven't been aware. I grew up in a house that was haunted by four different ghosts, and one in particular very much seemed to think that it was still her house. She would go about her daily business just as we went about ours, presumably living her life the way she always had. Perhaps she was "stuck" in this dimension for some reason. Perhaps she was loath to leave the place where she had lived her whole life. Perhaps she wanted to keep an eye on things! But maybe, maybe she was still alive...and somehow the web of time wore thin, so that every so often we would see each other. (Well, pretty much every day at least once one of us would see her!) She was certainly aware of us. She was not some dim shade, but a woman with a strong personality and fixed likes and dislikes, and she would let us know quite clearly if something displeased her, or someone she did not like came to the house. It was as though we were living parallel lives, which sometimes crossed over.
It's a subject that fascinates me. If anyone asked me if I believed in ghosts I would have to say "NO"......Believing in ghosts would be like believing in the postman, or believing that there's such a thing as yoghurt.
Has anyone read The Schole Experiment? It's an experiment that a group of people did to try to prove the existence of ghosts and spirits, it's an interesting book.

1scorp-Thats an amazing lexi. Have you had any experience with ghost yet? Lioneye68- As far as Courtny and I know Scott is'nt entirly earth bound.  He usualy comes and goes as he pleases. Especialy in the last year or so. Courtny has asked him several times what he has been up to, he usualy refuses to tell to much of his travels. IP: Logged |

-Katie, It makes worlds of sence that Scorp's atract ghost. There vibrational frequency's are easaly the closest to the planes most ghost live on. I also like to have a few Pisces freind's around when doing "ghost hunt" and contact experiments. Their dreamy and imaginative nature is good for keeping their inner ears and third eyes open well after child hood. Thats my guees why my Pisces freind Courtny is so prone to heering and seeing ghost of all diferent sorts more then any one else I know. Her mind never let grown ups train her to believe she wasnt seeing what her own two eyes were showing her. IP: Logged |

Whenever Ive had a close minded prehistoric fool ask me if I realy believe in my interest of Magick, telecheneticks, ghost , atral triping, and many etc, etc... I usualy give an answer like- Well before Columbus found the new world and helped publicly prove that the world was round, wasnt there already another continent waiting to be rediscoverd over here on a globe shaped planet. Regardless of the masses refusing to accept the slightest possability of such things. Im not usualy the one that does the welcoming for new knowflakes here but with such fine views and sweetly to the point ways of puting things Id like to be one of the first to say....... Welcome Katie  I also haven't welcomed anyone before, but I loved that post Have you seen "The Others" do you think the kig in 6th sense was a Pisces or Scorp? I loved those explanations... Heidi, I think you have to go to my page first, as, yeah, it doesn't seem to work. My "home" page is http://www.megspace.com/science/porsche911/. The "book" is the Meaning of Life link at the bottom, though don't get excited as it doesn't explain "everything", but I think it's very far reaching and allows the reader to spiral with it to their own conclusions instead of me spelling out everything Also, could you also read its companion page: http://www.megspace.com/science/porsche911/qed/spectrum.html ? This adds to the "spiral", if you understand the relations which I'm sure you will as I don't think it's confusing  The infinite spectrum kind of exlains "my" theory on ghosts - how they can live alongside people, but not in too much detail - the book is only 20 pages, and the spectrum is barely one ------------------

Have I had any experience with this sort of thing? No. Oh sure we all get that "feeling" that there is something else in the room. You know... how it is when you have your back turned and can just sense someone elses presence. Yet, nothing be there. However, it's nothing really freaky to me. I'm still wide open minded about it all. Maybe that's a reason why you guys think we scorps are magnets (??) I don't doubt much of anything that can't be explained. I mean, look at astrology... it's really not too explainable, right? Yet it's there if anyone is open-minded enough to grasp it. Peace,This is a most interesting subject and the discussion has raised questions that are quite central to Existence. I hope posters will forgive my intrusion. After death the soul retains any conflict that has not been reconciled during the life. Attachments, complexes, obsessions and all other negative aspects are still extant. Depending on the severity and complexity, the soul may respond in various ways. A “ghost” is only one of many expressions a soul may choose. One of the reasons suicide is forbidden in most traditions is due to this Reality. If a person is conflicted or obsessed to the point of self inflicted death, he/she will carry this horrific state into the next realm. Hell does not even begin to describe the difficulties associated with healing such a soul. One of the reasons murder is forbidden in tradition is due to this Reality. If a person’s life is violently ended, the soul experiences damage, even if there were only minimal conflicts present in life to reconcile. Thus, murder creates additional conflicts that would not otherwise be experienced by that soul. By the same Law, the perpetrator too needlessly creates conflicts for himself/herself. Our Destiny is already designed with a certain number of obstacles to navigate. We usually create more complications, sometimes more than we can reconcile. Peace

That's not fair. Why do we have to carry the burdon of someone elses misguided choices into the afterlife? Does that damage set back our soul's development? That's just not fair. It's like your working very hard on a pet project that's coming along so well, and you're beaming with pride over it, then some a-hole comes along and gives it a big *BOOT, and causes major damage to it. Very very RUDE! Murder is the ultimate spiritually RUDE act. I once read that people who kill someone else live out their natural life being followed around by the spirit(s) of those they killed, just so they can confront them when they pass over...I hope that's true. Meili, how do you think the soul repairs itself if one's life is ended at the hands of another? Does it have to linger here, or can it move on?
I'm asking because a family member of a close freind of mine was murdered, and I often wonder where she is now, and if she's happy. It wasn't that long ago.

Lioneye68.The repair very much depends on the “type” of person your friend’s family member was. If he/she was a forgiving, loving person, the murder will have few affects on the soul. “Bruising”, if you will. Of course, if the injured soul was here to learn compassion and forgiveness (i.e. lacked strong aspects of those divine qualities and/or was bitter), then he/she may not have had enough time to master those qualities. Thus, this violent end would cause the soul to experience more bitterness and a sense of “injustice”. A much more difficult case. The person of peace and joy retains those qualities irrespective of the action/reaction events in this existence and reconciliation requirements are minimal. The person of bitterness and blame will have those qualities exacerbated. Peace

Ok, that makes sense. So there's no universal law about these kinds of things, it's all dependant on the individual soul. Well, she was a happy-go-lucky gal, so she probably isn't dwelling on it. Sometimes we need help uncovering it though. Like a storage room that's covered with so much junk on the floor and everywhere, you can't see the room at all, let alone find any of the information! It sure is helpful to have people who's vision is clearer, so they can share it.
But that's what truth is. It reasonates in all of us when we hear it. That's what makes poetry poignant and hurtful words hurtful.
Those who see it, I think have an obligation to say it, or write it. I try to do this when I see a truth that, it would seem, is being missed by others.

Spooky story.....
The freind of mine who's niece was killed, had a peculiar thing happen to her a couple of weeks ago.
She was sitting on her computer and all of a sudden some papers that were sitting on the top of the fridge flew off and landed on the floor. She looked to see what caused it, like if there was a window open or something, but there wasn't. There was no draft anywhere. Her and her nephew (the brother of the deceased, my friend and her nephew live together) couldn't figure out any logical explanation as to why that happened, so the just shrugged it off. Well, when she went to pick up the papers that blew off the fridge, they had all landed face down, except for one. It had a name on it of someone who had done some work for her nephew - it was the check stub.
This person is a rather "unsavory" individual....
Recently, he had been picked up by police for questioning and they found a bunch of newspaper clippings in his car about my friend's neice's dissappearance! That happened after the paper blowing incident!

i read this a day or so ago but it wasnt cause i was speechless, it was more because i havent had much time to really say anything in depth. my husband is visiting for the weekend, and hes decided to stay a week now, yay! thing is, we have no cable or anything so we are sharing the pc. i didnt have much time before for foruming but now its even less, lol. i think she was trying to send some sort of message. i spose you will see in the coming time what will come of those events. its a pretty clear message though, hey? wow... thats pretty amazing. not shocking to me, ive heard of similar things happening. but definitely very 'neato' for lack of a more apropos word (ive slept about 3 hours so my brain is fried). my condolences to you  i can only imagine how awful it must be to lose someone that way.
