Hello all,I just had a thought. Is it possible that certain signs tend to "stick" with their morality more than others? For instance, I know of several women of a certain sign that have absolutely no problem sleeping with or dating married men. They have no guilt or bad feelings about it whatsoever. Or has anyone noticed certain signs being more ruthless, two-faced, or hypocritical than others? In other words, do you think some signs are more "virtuous" than others? IP: Logged |

That's funny...actually I wasn't, but I do have a very close Leo girlfriend that does it all the time as well. I didn't want to offend any of the girls on here, but the ones I've known to do this most are Sags. Certainly, not all of them are like this, so it would definitely be a generalization, but I was just curious to see if it was more common among certain signs than others. IP: Logged |

Hmmm...I know a few Lionesses like this....and two of them have their bithdays two days apart!! Both have slept with married men and basically dont give a sh*te as long as they are getting what they want! I used to work with one of them and she used to attempt to bed a guy every week, married or single....!! The other one has turned all moralistic now...from strumpet to saint kind a thing...uugghh I hate that...would rather her be upfront and honest about they way she was rather than try to come on holier than thou. I am not against what people do as long as they are honest about it ! My two best friends have slept with lots and lots of men between them, but they are fabulously honest about this..! Not sure about the other signs....I know my own sign of Scorpio is very sexy, but they tend to be more careful I find and very loyal and think before they jump in!! I know I have in the past had to be really pushed before I give myself to another guy, and it has always been for love.... Arent Cappy women quite moralistic? IP: Logged |

Hmmm, well I certainly wouldn't label myself as "moralistic" necessarily. I've got moon and Juno in the 8th, venus in Scorp in the 5th and mars and sun are conjunct so I'm a very highly sexed individual. So, I don't know about other Caps but I've definitely had my share of fun.
However, I've always had a huge problem with the married/attached thing. It seems so incredibly selfish and careless to me. I guess I've always put myself in the other woman's shoes. I'd be inadvertenly hurting someone whom I knew absolutely nothing about. What if she's a great girl and is madly in love with the guy? I just couldn't do it. I think I've preached so much to my Leo friend that she's almost afraid to tell me when she does it now. She knows how I feel about it, and I certainly wouldn't end a friendship over it, but I've often wondered why I'm SO against it, when some people don't seem to be bothered by it at all.IP: Logged |

Maybe cos you are sensitive and caring and empathic...and like you say, put yerself in others' shoes.I was at a party last night and got talking to new people. I met a Saggi woman and her Aries partner and their adorable new baby, I got on very well with them. At the end of the evening I hugged the lady and reached my hand out to the guy, He bent down and kissed me full on the mouth,,,,uuugghhhh,,,,,not very nice when his woman was standing in the next room. I wasnt happy about that, cos I know how I would feel if that way my hubbie,,,, But then again, like you, I care....some others dont....but how would they like it if that was their man doing the same thing? Hmmmmmmmm I have venus in Pisces square to juputer and neptune conj in Sag. That aspect in my chart tells me that I am a big cheater and not at all loyal....however I know myself and am loyal and steadfast. I have not cheated once. The comlications of having having 2 loves would be too much and in general I don't really care to be in a relationship ...I take them or leave it.I seem to strive for fairness and place a high value on personaly dignity and intregrity. Overall I tend to get along great with Sags and Leos, but their tendency to disregard consequences completely always puzzles me. ID, I think you have the right idea there. If people don't want relationships, or like to play the field that's great...more power to them, but they should be honest about it, and not get into relationships at all instead of ending up hurting someone. On the flip side, once the love and passion is gone, get out of the relationship before you end up hurting someone even worse. IP: Logged |

A lot of people feel they are not accountable for others. It's that simple. why I don't know it has a lot more to do with culture and upbringing than signs.In some men I found the mother was overly domineering and put down all other women, so he would stay close to her. Naturally he grew up believing nothing he did mattered because he had a housekeeper and source of love nearby. in fact most men I have met who are not accountable either have trust funds or live right next door to their mothers. I have no idea why women do this except that women in general are taught to get mens' approval no matter, in many cases. Anyway I never met a woman who really wanted a married man, it's mainly just a few lazy people who go mess around and some women feel cheated. I have been hit on SO many times by married guys usually Aries or Gemini who say it's okay with the wife but they lie. Don't be conned into thinking like that, it's not really a lifestyle it's just stupid. Once Natasha

crankycap-i totally agree with u, i would also always put myself in the other woman's shoes. i even do that in other situations everyday-putting myself in other ppl's places n then judging the situation.
thankfully ur an evolved cappy. finally i can say i met one even if only virtually.

Capricorns do appear to be moral...but are some like this to just keep up appearances so they look good in other people's eyes? I do know one Capricorn girl to be two faced in this regard...She would put on some show of being moralistic and talk about and judge other people behind their back...while doing the exact same thing she was judging others for. Well, at least I do think she had some guilt...that's why she probably judged others and seemed depressed afterwards. Ive never known a Sag to cheat. But I do a know a leo who went after a married man and in the end got him...with no apparent guilt.  IP: Logged |

i personally feel there is no such sign as moral or immoral. there r degrees of positive n negative in every sign. i've mostly seen almost all the shades in every sign.
sometimes ppl feel certain signs cannot commit n certain ones will commit no matter what, but thats not true.
like take gems for example-most ppl think they cant commit, but surprisingly i've seen many gems fall in love early, get married n stay in love afterwards.
n scorps n cappys (also add virgo to the list)-supposed to be very loyal,caring n trustworthy, but i've seen them stray, n boy do they stray...IP: Logged |

I know a Sag who has complete disregard... she was with somebody but yet slept around, and someone she's involved with has a girlfriend. Also I considered her a friend for a while but then I found out she was trying to come on to my boyfriend.I also know a Scorpio who doesn't think twice about sleeping with a married man. As a Taurus/Scorpio, I like to think that I have loyalty and that I CARE about what hurt I'd be causing to another woman if I was ever in that position... I definitely have a 'moral high ground' about this type of thing. I always worry about the possibilities presented by having a Gemini/Aries boyfriend... I do get paranoid about him cheating on me in the future, even though I've heard from him and from others that when he's in a relationship his moral boundaries are rock solid (that could be the Cancerian part of his chart maybe?). So all I can do is learn to trust him, and if my fears come true one day then at least I can say I was open to the life experience. :-/

I'd have to say from my experience I've seen Sags, leos and capricorns do some things that made me wonder if they had ANY morals at all.They all seem to be into the drama thing a lot too. I have one friend, who is a sag, that has done some pretty nasty things. I don't mean once or twice either, she does these things over and over and over again. Then wonders why she is always miserable. I think every sign is capable of being bad here and there and I think how one was raised has a lot to do with their morals as well. IP: Logged |

Someone looked at my chart once and said, "wow! You're a big fat liar and you're a flirt!"... Thing is, I'm actually very honest. And I do flirt, but NOT since I've been with my man and definitely not with someone else's man... So it's possible for things to be mis-interpreted by someone who sees your chart. IP: Logged |

I actually wouldnt mind if people pointed out the negative traits of Scorpio cos I already know what they are....jealousy, possesiveness, paranoia etc....after all this is an astrology forum and we only grow when we look at the shadow side of ourselves. If we were to go around being love and light ALL the time no one would move forward. Dont get me wrong, abuse and name calling is bad, but constructive criticism can be helpful to someof us...but then again that is just me and maybe I speak out of turn... Well now, hold on just a second Peri. This IS an astrology forum is it not? I would "assume" that just about everyone on here studies astrology to varying degrees. Once you get into this element, you begin to notice trends and patterns among certain signs. ALL of the signs carry "less than admirable traits." None are perfect. And astrology at best is a game of "generalizations." If you read a couple of my earlier posts you will see that I used that term. I am not labeling anyone. So, no, this thread was not about casting out certain signs as cheaters or immoral, and perhaps "moral" signs was a poor choice of words. However, it was meant to be a discussion to see if there was a slight trend among any of the signs for this type of behavior.
As far as the labeling criticism goes, isn't that what astrology is in a way? Caps are "boring", Pisces are "liars", Leos are "bossy", Gems are "flighty", etc, etc. I would hope that everyone on here is evolved enough to know not to take someone's sign at "face value."
This was just meant to be a fun discussion - that's all. Sometimes political correctness can go a little too far. Try not to take it so seriously. IP: Logged |

everybody has a negative side(not jus scorps), n i wont deny having one- even i have those nasty scorpio traits with pluto in 1st conj asc, but it is this very dark side that helps me in developing into a better person through realisation n acceptance of it. IP: Logged |

I am a Sag and I just had a huge DRAMA with a bunch of Leos and Capricorns (all of them) and I can't even begin to describe how one little thing became HUGE and everyone thought they knew the truth.. just really funny to me that you said that because I can relate. Not saying I didn't make the drama any worse! lol ~shirty
