On behalf of all the Knowflakes here at linda-goodman.com, I apologize for any responses you received which may have aggravated your sense of personal security even further.

The reason I have started this thread is to remind everyone that although this is a free public forum, it is important to think clearly and respond responsibly to anyone with an admitted struggle with suicide.

This in NO WAY is to discourage anyone from posting here, but simply a reminder.

I don't want my above post to cause anything but I just needed to state exactly what the issue is with 21st Century commerical America (and the world).

We are the world. We need to start caring for one another before it is too late.

I had not read that thread, but just did.

I apologize to Shadowystorms on the behalf of an unknowing soul.

I have had personal experience with suicide, my kids dad opted out early by his own hand.

Shadowystorms, if you're still visting this forum, please know that there are many people here who do care about you. The words of a complete fool, though they may sting at first, have no basis in reality. Someone that lashes out the way that DG did to you is really only lashing out at themselves ... but is in complete denial of their own utter self-loathing. I realize it might be a difficult thing for you to do after what you've experienced, but please feel free to return to this forum for anything ... not just for help but also to help those who could benefit from having you around.

I feel terrible for you! You are new, & you put youself out there only to have someone hurt you more.

I understand what you were talking about in your post. Many of us do. I just can't read charts yet. We don't want you to leave the forum or leave this world.

I thought I had little value, but so many ppl here have been supportive & nurturing. My email is in my profile. You or anyone can contact me any time. I, and the rest of us, would not try to hurt you. I care very deeply for anyone in the kind of pain you've shared.

Sure, we all need a little push sometimes to take the first step, but that was a nasty way of putting it.

I hope Snowyshadow comes back and donīt let herself be dragged down by this. But I do understand if she doesnt want to come back.

Must say that from reading some of the threads here, itīs not always a very "spiritual attitude" around. Iīve sometimes thought twice about posting the few threads I have posted, because being sensitive you do take it personally if someone "attacks" you or makes comments about things that you might take personally, like racism etc.

I do hope Snowy comes back - or at least that she reads the positive post here made for her.
