Nice topic. But who is the one obsessed out of the two of them? And shouldn't the natal charts have a word to say about this?
For instance, I know a couple, her Venus is exactly conjunct his Pluto... and she also has Venus conjunct Pluto in her natal chart (he has a trine) ~ I would expect HER to be obsessed with him. She also has Mercury conjunct Pluto and Moon square Pluto... while his Pluto is well aspected.
Anyway, how can one end a relationship like this? Or, more important, can it be ended? Does the obsession make for a lasting relationship? And do the two of them ever recover? I have no experience with these aspects in my personal life and I would like to know your opinions.

And that with the 8th house... I think the planet has the power, the 8th house person is just... subdued or something. At least, that is what I've noticed from my personal experience. There's this guy who has his Sun in my 8th house... I am sooooo attracted to him, in a very deep, intimate and psychological way (somehow) and I have this urge to tell him a lot of personal stuff... but he's very laid back about it... (my Sun is in his 6th, so he always tells me how his day went bla-bla-bla... not exactly what I'm interested to know). So, in my opinion, if you're the house person, YOU feel it. The other person might not feel it.

From what i have read so far (i'm no astrology expert) if person A has strong pluto influence in his chart, is the one who naturally gets more obsessed with person B, even if -supposedly- person A has the "upper hand".

But that's all theories, it's real life experiences that matter.

Well, that's pretty much what I was saying... the girl has an afflicted Pluto, while his Pluto is well aspected. This is why I expect HER to be the one with a problem and the one who will develop an obsession for the guy, even if in synastry she is not the Pluto person (but I do think that the natal charts make us prone to attract a certain type of individuals... in this particular case, this young woman will attract Plutonians ~ which is only natural because her whole generation has their Pluto conjunct her Venus... boy, is she gonna be busy! LOL).
We are attracted to the people that remind us of ourselves... even if they bring the worst of us to the surface...

A persons natal chart will usually show what their tastes are in a partner, I find that the more similar another persons chart is to your own the stronger the bond or attraction(all to familiar). For instance and intense person would do well with another strong character because they understand each others moods. As opposed a laid back mellow person(I think they couldn't handle me)would want to run from a dramatic person...Back to sexual aspects, I've been reading up on parallels lately and they seem to contribute to strong attractions as well Venus parallel Pluto makes for a powerful attraction between people.

It's suppose to represent past life connections depending on the planet, with Venus it would of course be a romantic association. Saturn SN is one to really look for, that's a heavy connection in itself.
As far as asteroids I am not to familiar with to many of them(But Lust should be worth a look at)

Ooo Ooo Libra!

Just read your last post. The current guy I'm involved with (recently) has his 5th house Saturn 25 Cancer conjunct MY North Node 26 Cancer. What would you say about that??? I know it's gotta be heavy duty...but HOW???? Oh do tell, please?
His Juno happens to be 20 Cancer, though that orb might be to wide...

my Jupiter 29 Pisces trines his NN 28 Scorpio, so hopefully that balances out any
ultra-negative...always the optimistic aries...

When you first met him did it feel like you already knew him(did it feel right)? I'd say it's a karmic tie, Saturn SN ties are usually more of a learning connection with someone more so then romantic or sexual one. You two were brought together to experience things(good or bad).

Hey Libra!

It was an immediate connection! Literally, I walked in the door of the neighborhood watering hole and he approached me within 60 seconds! We talked, laughed and smooched from that moment on. We've gotten together 5 times in 10 days! LOL

The composite chart looks really good, three of the personal planets are in 7th house(the house of partnerships) promising for a relationship. And Venus in the 1st is great as well because it denotes much affection and deep feeling toward each other. Asteroid Amor in 5th house, that could be a sizzler

Well at least until I met this Scorpio girlfriend with whom I had the double Mars-Pluto. Oh and about the Juno thing, I guess it's true, cause my Mars (Pisces) is almost exactly parallel Juno (Scorpio), and Mars in Pisces don't usually have this sort of drive (I even passed out from exhaustion once). So the lesson here is: next time, take your girlfriend to disneyland instead, no matter how much you love her.
