I would say that they definitely take their time and don't rush into relationships similar to Venus in Taurus and Cancer.

I know that Venus in Cancer/Taurus really puts security at the top of their list as far as potential candidates. I wouldn't be surprised if Venus in Cap is the same way too. I would say that they're more romantic rather than spontaneous if I had to make a guess since that's the way that I am.

Would this be applicable to a man with Capricorn Rising and a 12th House Pisces Venus square Saturn, with a 3” orb? He has Sun trine Saturn by less than 1 degree, and Saturn in tight conjunction with His Midheaven too.
