Girlfriend had a bad day, too.

I bought my lottery ticket today for a lottery draw tomorrow. A different one that draws today I got one number on, which isn't enough to win.

Only one thing was strange yesterday....
I was thinking about one girl who works in the bank day before jupiter-pluto conjuction. Last time I saw her 1 year ago when I was taking bank loan. We got 2 coffee together.
And suddenly I got post mail yesterday that I have to pay something in that same bank..strange.
Cancer...hmmm

I have been having some trouble sleeping the last days - yesterday though i had a strange dream - i dreamt about my grandmother and grandparent who arent here anymore.
In the dream i had the feeling they were asking me to contact them - the dream ended in the cemetery where i went to see them - how creepy was that?

I've had the same kind of dreams and only slept 2 1/2 hrs. last night. Had an irregular heartbeat first, then something in my eye, then about 2:30 the stupid smoke detector started chirping and maintenance of course isn't here at night so I took the battery out and it STILL chirps. I can imagine what kind of day it's gonna be.

My son has had trouble sleeping the last few nights too. He has Pluto 28 degrees Scorpio and Jupiter 6 degrees Sagittarius. They are 8 degrees apart, but I think the J/P conjunction has affected him.

ohhhhh too funny.

i slept horribly again too, as did my daughter. woke up way too early!

had a pivotal conversation with long distance not yet boyfriend, though.

so, since the planets are moving energy, and the phenomenon of observing their relation to one another in terms of movement denoting how the energies interplay has been observed, can we assume that jupiter is sweeping through to give a happy boost to pluto and is causing some sort of DEEPENING of optimism, or new direction, kinda vibe? which, for many of us, is difficult and oh so pluto flavoured?

i'm just wondering cuz i feel like i'm being asked to totally let go of the old way and purge, and that the NEW way has to be optimism! like i'm thinking, maybe however the transit is effecting us, we can take a cue from jupiter and whatever it is that we are supposed to change or purge, whatever is being activated for us, is something we are supposed to have faith about instead and stop being so heavy..?

does that make sense?

Just curious, does transiting J/P aspect any of your planets? Maybe that is why you are feeling this way.

Earlier on this thread I wondered if the Federal Reserve interest rate announcement on Dec 11th would be affected by the Jupiter /Pluto conjunction.

Well, it seems the rate reduction was not as generous as most were hoping for causing an expansive move down in the stock market.
However, today the Fed announced it will work with central banks around the world to help ease the global credit crisis.

It looks like Jupiter/Pluto did its thing for the global economy after all.

On a side note, I thought it was AWESOME that the Led Zeppelin reunion concert happened around the time of Jupiter-Pluto-GC conjunction. It just seemed so appropriate for such a phenomenal band - Jupiter-Pluto-GC perfectly sums them up IMO. Heavy and expansive, deep and optimistic!

http://nl.youtube.com/watch?v=eiAicv-ev5I

Also I find it interesting that this conjunction with the GC happens only once every 3000 years, and that the Led Zeppelin tickets were selling for up to $3000. *ding ding ding*

But yes I agree, heartcakes... there's an optimism for me, that Jupiter is going to be the new path for me after a pretty horrible time recently. It's now in my first house! Jupiter is my chart ruler and Pluto is the ruler of my moon, so I think this is why I've been feeling everything so strongly.

btw heartcakes, did you find my myspace? I'm also on Facebook and my email address should be in my profile here.

Pluto is on my ascendant right now *to the minute* and Jupiter is in my first house by *two minutes*. Wooooooah.

Even thought I don't have your charts in front of me, it seems that the majority of people posting about this conjunction also have their Ascendant at that spot also. Many of you have mentioned not feeling well, including fevers, bad headaches, dreams, not sleeping well. Well, there's something very important to remember here: When Pluto crosses your Ascendant, it's one of the most important and pressure filled times of your life!!

Jupiter crossing along with it might not bring all the optimism with it, it might expand the pressures that are already sooo crushing.

Please don't get me wrong, it's not my intention to scare anyone, but it might be more to the point to learn about Pluto-ASC relationships at the time.

If some of you are having power struggles in your life, that definitely fits. Heartcakes mentioned a PIVOTAL conversation with someone she's in relationship with. Hopefully Jupiter adds optimism and humor to that situation.

The health issues people are mentioning, remember that your 1st House and 12th Houses are your health centers - even more so than the 6th House. Headaches and exhaustion were mentioned here, well the nature of Pluto is to break things down for re-building. It's very interesting that holistic remedies and meditation has been mentioned also.

But just a reminder that the Pluto transit to important points in your chart is the very first focus. The Jupiter influence can go either way, expanding optimism or expanding the pressure. Here are some important keywords that I feel really explains the energy of the Jupiter-Pluto conjunction. They are credited to www.astrologyofaction.com

AUTHENTIC EXPANSION

A NEW "SOUL ADVENTURE"

BIRTH OF A POWERFUL PHILOSOPHY OF LIFE

PASSIONATE OPTIMISM

DEEP WISDOM

EMERGENCE OF PRIMAL FAITH

TRANSFORMATIVE RELIGIOUS FEELINGS

MERGING OF "THE BIG MINDS"

PROSPERITY THROUGH RITUALS

A HEALING GROWTH OPPORTUNITY

THE PSYCHOLOGY OF PERCEPTION

CULTURAL OPTIMISM

INTENSE NEED FOR LEVITY, ESPECIALLY REGARDING RELIGIOUS DIFFERENCES

PRESSURE TO CREATE A NEW FRAMEWORK FOR SEEING LIFE

EXPANDING INTENSITY

MAGNIFIED CREATIVITY

REGENERATING FAITH

AN UNDERCURRENT OF OPTIMISM

OR DEATH AND REBIRTH OF OPTIMISM

He seems to have captured it amazingly.

lara, sorry you are having such a hard time. i'm thinking maybe pluto had to shake things up and that in time you will see it was for a good reason and new growth will come in the place of the destruction..

i am personally feeling THRILLED right now. i have also had this weird, odd heavy sensation on my body like i just have NOT had energy to do anything, which is weird since i'm usually VERY energetic.. and that has slowly mellowed me out and now i feel much more grounded and connected to my environment somehow and less frantic/neurotic. pluto has been transiting my venus (soon to be exact) on and off for about a year i guess and now i am getting a sense of how to understand all the super intense feelings!

that is so cool about the debt reduction too..

gemini lover, congratulations on pluto and jupiter entering your first!!! this is a BIG DAY for you!

oh my god, i think i already told you, but pluto in the first, versus the 12th, WHAT a difference!!! vastly vastly easier, i think! and pretty exciting too! congrats!

and yup, i will email you soon!

Lara,

I'm so sorry you're having a difficult time. You deserve tremendous compassion. My highest suggestion for you is to go with the changes, they were meant to be. If you don't go with the changes when Pluto contacts your most sensitive points, ASC and MC, it can be quite painful as you are already discovering.

I suspect loss of a job or heavy employment issues, possibly father or parental issues. Whatever they are, BE GENTLE WITH YOURSELF! Whatever changes are happening, they are pivotal to your life moving on. Pluto can be very harsh and can also take prisoners, Pluto is the kidnapper of the zodiac, he must control EVERYTHING, he is the mob boss, so be careful, don't defy him in anyway. You are in my prayers and once again, be gentle with yourself.

I just looked at my girlfriend's chart, and the conjunction is in her 12th opposite her Moon/Jupiter conjunction in Gemini. I wonder if she fared better today.

What an excellent list, Geocosmic! As I was reading it I felt pressure in my third eye, so YES it is all true...

heart cakes, yeah it's kinda like a birthday of sorts... but very pressurised. In fact I don't think I've ever felt so pressured from so many different angles as I do right now. I'm bombarded with pressure!

Hi AcousticGod,

Stressful Pluto transits to the Moon can be very difficult and if Jupiter expanded that difficult energy for her instead of easing it up, then I can understand that she had an absolutely awful day, but hopefully those two Jupiters will give her some relief soon.

Hi GeminiLover75,

I hope you still have your rollercoaster seatbelt on as Pluto is transiting over your Ascendant. You've probably been feeling this pressure off an on for the greater part of of 2 years. That pesky little planet reminds me of Yoda. He's so small, but you REALLY DON'T WANT TO TANGLE WITH THAT GUY!!! I think you understand me, he's got a thorough knowledge of "The Force" and he's not afraid to use it.

Have you made any geographic relocations within the last year and a half or two years? Usually when Pluto crosses the Ascendant, it usually accompanies a move of some sort. Especially you Sagittarian Ascendants because Sagittarius rules long distance travel and internationalism, so Pluto could make you feel like moving far away. Did this happen or is it in the works?

Yes, it's been a rough two years so far Geocosmic... I'm not looking forward to this pressure continuing but I guess I have no choice but to just go with it. I'm not sure how to manage it because I don't do well with stress and pressure.

And YES I'm moving out of my house this weekend... going housesitting for three weeks... and then going to Australia. It's for a holiday for at least a month but I know my bf wants us to go for longer than that. I almost feel like I don't have a choice and that I'll be away for longer than I wanted. I really don't know how it's going to work out and instead of looking forward to the holiday like I should be, I just have trepidation about it. I'm not happy because I should be continuing my physical therapy and I don't want to put it on hold for more than a month or so. On top of that I can't get through to him that he's being unrealistic in expecting me to go hiking with a heavy pack on my back. I'm recovering from a back injury and I just want to have a break looking at shops and seeing the sights and going to cafes and things like that, not ruining my back on a freaking nature hike!

Hi GeminiLover75,

I think if you just cut and paste what you just wrote, cut it from here and paste it into his brain, that should do the trick. And you're right about your health.

YOUR HEALTH ALWAYS COMES FIRST! Sorry to yell at you, but you are right about being pressured into doing somethings you really don't want to do. I feel for you because I've had back issues for the first time in my life and I don't want to do anything but go to work and come home at night. I love the weekends because I don't have to go anywhere I don't want to go.

Pluto crossing your Ascendant also affects relationships because Pluto is opposing your Descendant and 7th house, so it makes all the sense in the world that it is your significant other who is adding pressure to your life.

YOUR HEALTH ALWAYS COMES FIRST!!

Oops, I yelled again, but I meant it. You should continue your physical therapy, it fits into that theme of Pluto destroying things to rebuild them. You are rebuilding your back, your ultimate support system.

And now I'm falling asleep on the keyboard.

faiyafhjkfaiubeariywn389na - oops my head just fell on the keyboard. Goodnight all.

Thanks Geocosmic, actually the yelling is good because it gives me some extra determination. Sometimes I think there must be something wrong with his brain because I cannot get through to him about this. Try getting through to an Aries rising Aries moon with his head in the Gemini stellium clouds, I have a huge fight on my hands just being understood about the reality of this. And a psychic who I've been talking to is saying I will be in Australia for 2-3 months and under stress and pressure.

Sorry to hear you've been having back problems too - this is my first real major back problem and it's been so upsetting the past six months. It really does affect everything you do day-to-day.

Yeah I think Pluto exactly opposite my DC is making me want to scream and run away right now. In fact now that I think about it, the worst pressure is all coming from HIM in one way or another. I mean yeah I love him but at the same time needing a release from the pressure. His Saturn is also conjunct my SN, which is all bad as far as I'm concerned.

BLOODY HELL!!! Now I've been informed by my boss that I have to fly to my work's head office on the last day that I'm supposed to be housesitting out of town, and fly back home that night - that wouldn't be so bad if it wasn't for the fact that when I get home I have to travel AGAIN the next day, to the next city, to so I can fly to Australia!!! I'll be sooooo pushed for time. So now there's an extra pressure involved in my getting out of here to go on this holiday. And of course my bf puts extra pressure and stress into the situation by panicking and going on and on about all the worst case scenarios like what if the airport is too foggy and I can't get out of there to get back in time for us to get to Australia the next day. We're also in between homes, so we also have to organise putting our stuff in storage during that time. GOD HELP ME. It would all be so much easier if I just didn't go on this so-called "holiday".
