I LOVE John Cassavetes!! Remember, he died of liver cirrhosis, due to alcohol abuse. There is a strong possibility that Pisces or its ruler might have been in 12th, 5th, or 8th house. IP: Logged |

He does NOT have gemini, cancer, Virgo, or aqua rising
Look at this...
Aquarius with cancer rising..NOT, does not look like him..or his expression

They all look so humanitarian and movie-actor-like. Here's a pic of Tom Selleck, an aqua with aqua rising. Look like John?

Virgo rising? Of COURSE not. Virgo rising is all about humility/meekness/humblness/modesty/shyness. They also usually can look a bit emotional as they are critical of themselves and are uncomfortable with feelings...as opposed to the cancer rising which are very much at home with feelings and so usually look pretty complacent and calm. Virgo rising, on the other hand usually look pensive/anxious but still..very humble/shy/meek more or less so depending on the sun sign....(but always have a certain degree of it!)

I disagree. Can you give me a few examples? From the way they look, in the different categories in the site, their appearance seems to resonate very well with their rising and with the appearance of the others under the same rising. Same applies to sun and moon categories.IP: Logged |

Oprah is not Virgo rising, Catherine Deneuve is not Libra rising, Angelina Jolie is not Sag rising, Monica Bellucci is not Sag rising, Tyra Banks is not Sag rising, Meryl Streep is not Cancer rising, just to mention a few. All of these (and several others) have their official, confirmed birth data made public, and can be found on professional astrology sites/biographies etc. I'm not criticizing you at all, just commenting the website.IP: Logged |

Omg. Thanks for that. Very helpful.From now on i'm gonna double check to make sure the person I think has an asc as stated in librarising.com really has it
p.s. Catherine Denvue has a Libra Sun! and I think that's what i even saw when i agreed she had a libra rising like me from the sites libra rising category. However, you can tell she actually has a cap ascendant here
