Moon trine Uranus and Venus sextile Uranus is what I have for aspects along with being made up of mostly Libra and Cancer...I heard of Moon/Uranus aspects before with homosexuality, but that is the first time I've seen it mentioned for men it being the aspect(or one of the them)Sun/Uranus. The 12th, 1st or 2nd house seems to be my soft spot when it comes to falling for someone...when their planets are there it is hard for me to displaced from the attraction.------------------ Sun in Libra Moon in Cancer Jupiter in Cancer Venus in Virgo Mars in Cancer Ascendant in Cancer "I seem to have the blind self-acceptance of the eccentric who can't conceive that his eccentricities are not clearly understood" IP: Logged |

One drunken night about 2 years ago, me and my best friend decided to give it a try. I'll admit, I'd always wondered what it was like to be with a woman and I figured, hey-- go for it. It wasn't that great for me. If anything, it made me realize how much I love men, lol. IP: Logged |

Hmm. I don't consider myself to be bisexual, actually I consider sexuality to not black and white but more of a sliding scale that also radiates outwards in different directions, if that makes any sense, my part in all of that being that I am strongly "heterosexual" but I do have a thing for men who are slightly more feminine (I'm rarely attracted to a stereotypically 'masculine' man), and if they're bisexual then I find that to be exciting, and there are a few women who I've found attractive although I've never been with a woman and not interested enough to pursue it. The women who I have found attractive in a momentary, but "oh now I'm bored with that idea" in a 'Venus in Gemini' kind of way, I've never really figured out the astrological basis for it. For a long time I had a crush on Madonna (Leo), and I find Grace Jones (Taurus with Aries moon and I think she has Mars square Uranus) to be unexplainably sexy, but I need to analyse that astrologically and in synastry with my own chart. Could be that Grace Jones has a masculine Mars/fire thing happening that I like for some reason, or maybe it's her ambiguity. I'm Venus in Gemini, Mars in Pisces, so maybe that's my answer... the ambiguity. But this is getting off topic... sorry...

i'm a lesbian AND a thesbian ! but i'm also seldom at my computer.regarding the uranus theory, absolutely nothing interacts in my uranus. at all. it's the only planet in my chart with no interaction. i have a really weird chart though, essentially everything falls into the 7,8, 9, and 10th houses. also, something to ponder --- i'm pretty sure arrows are not straight, that's why you can't split them in half with another arrow. Gemini here, with a lot of masculine influences, I'm female, but not a lesbian, many people peg me as one for some reason, because of that masculine personality I mentioned I guess, but I'm all for the guys, even though I have had sex with women on a couple of occasions (because of a guy, the stupidest reason ever), but I do feel kind of gay, maybe because I also feel more like a boy than a girl :P Does that make any sense? I guess I'm lucky, being a gay boy in a girls body, makes it a whole lot easier IP: Logged |

I am not a lesbian, but there are 3 in my house now, watching "The L Word" and I love them absoultely, positvely for who they are, for their beautiful souls, despite sexual preference. The "middle aged" one of the bunch, a ripe old age of 19 earthly years once told me, that soul/spirit knows no gender... Wise words for such a "youngin" IP: Logged |

Hmmmm, I am not sure how I feel about the link between astrology and homosexuality. I am still agnostic but in the meantime, I am studying my friends' charts! As far as Sun-Uranus for men, my two gay friends have Moon conjunct Uranus in their charts, they are both Sagg. One of them (flamboyant, very posh, ex-model) has a Moon-Uranus-Sun-Jupiter-Neptune Stellium in Sagg and Venus conjunct Pluto in Libra. Very intense. But he has the notorious Mars in Libra (feminine) Venus and Mars in the same sign but not conjunct. My other friend (straight acting and in the closet), has Moon in Scorpio (which has been mentioned before in gay men's charts), Venus in Cappie (mentioned before) but his Mars is conjunct Jupiter in Virgo. No hard aspects to Uranus. I also have two Pisces lesbian friends one with an unaspected Moon in Taurus, Venus in Cappie Square Uranus. (Out & proud, quite butch) I am not sure how to read the unaspected moon... The other, straight acting, semi-closeted, Venus in Aries sq. Uranus, Moon in Leo sq. Mars in Taurus and Trine Venus. I don't see great signatures here except the Uranus sq. Moon & venus links have been mentioned in women's charts, especially the conjunction but the other aspects? Interestingly enough, I have two straight female friends with all the signatures in their charts and they are VERY straight. Venus conjunct Uranus, Moon opp. Uranus, you name it! They have plenty of signatures in one chart. I read somewhere before that hard aspects from Saturn to either Mars/Venus are to be looked for as well, the article dismissed Uranus. Can't remember exactly where I read it! But I would imagine, hard aspects from Saturn to Mars in a female's chart and Venus in a man's chart. It would be interesting to know what ancient and medieval astrology said about this before the discovery of Uranus. IP: Logged |

Okay...I'm straight and I totally respect that you're gay. And, I can understand your feeling that astrology (especially synastry) is pretty hetero-centric, espcially with the sun-moon interpretations (although I think most people are moving away from those traditional stereotypes, even for hetero relationships.) But PLEASE tell me we aren't doing this whole "gay in the chart" thing again! UGH! ------------------ Sun - Capricorn (10th House) Moon - Gemini (2nd House) Mercury - Sagittarius (9th House) Venus - Aquarius (11th House) Mars - Aries (12th House) ASC - Aries IP: Logged |

Purple... As a point of clarification...I began the conversation by attempting to decry the hetero-centric tone of some Lindaland posts...some people seem to automatically assume that when the discussion is about synastry or relationships in general that the relationship is between a man and a woman. I was simply making it clear that the "hetero"thing does not, at this time apply to me, & I invited kindred spirits to REPRESENT.... Yes I have made references to some astrological possibilities, but it was not my serious intent to start or participate in a movement.IP: Logged |

Ah, but interestingly, my Venus is only 2 degrees away from Pisces, at 28 degrees Aquarius. (My Pisces Moon is right in the middle of that sign, at 13 degrees.) quote: That Venus in Scorpio causes me to "perk up" around Scorpio & Taurus Sun people...& don't let people's planets get in my 8th house....OH MY GOD...it officially ON then....
