Diandra,

"Dynamic" is a nicer way of saying "hard" aspect.

Squares, Oppositions, and Conjunctions are dynamic,
particularly if they are no more than 5 degrees from exact.

Tight semi-squares (less than 2 degrees from exact)
may also be dynamic, depending on other factors.

With the flowing aspects (trines and sextiles),
the energies are well integrated (unlike the squares and oppositions),
without being all bound-up (as in the conjunction).

To some extent,
it is fair to say that ALL Pluto aspects are dynamic,
but only in the sense that Pluto is a bad MF-er.
So, yeah, maybe, it might apply to him,
but not as much, because of the flowing aspects.
