heres what i have leanr until now, draco to draco aspects usually imply family ties, draco to natal is usually friends and lovers. so it seems u two have been both family , friends as well as lovers. True node describes where u r headed.now do the math.

draco aspects to learn from are

venus- karma... definite past life spouses or lovers

chiron - moon... definite emotional pain inflicted that can be healed by Free will.. very Imp.

his sun on ur DC shows a Karmic contract to be ur spouse, no doubting that one

his Karma is conjunct ur IC.. now think what does the IC stand for in terms of rulership as well as learning.. emotional responsibility of ones emotions as well as others, also shows definite home karma. like Cash - Carter

Valentine- isis.. u r blessed, IF u choose to be forgiving and selfless.

His amor is exactly conjunct my natal south node, even to the exact minute! and in sextile with my moon. No harsh aspects at all.
and my Amor is squaring his North and South node by a 1' orb, but in trine with his moon.
I feel very responsible for him, emotionally and otherwise.

thank you so much for your generous help - i feel happy to see that i am slowly starting to understand and interpreting better, but astrology is very complexe and takes lots of years to really understand the deepness of this science

So,it seems that my gut was right - not only he could very well be my son in a past life ( i always thought of this), as i chose to learn lessons about emotion and the "giving" in relationships.

I always was interested in the karmic area in astrology cause it helps a lot for us to understand the uncounscious and deepness in us.

It seems my natal venus in retro adds it to the "karma" in love hihih and respective lessons to learn.

And that my Ceres/Siva exact conj his Moon;and DW of both kaali-moon and siva-moon in our sinastry can subscribe that past ancient parent/child relationship we had - there are no coincidences really..

I wanted to ask sth specific about the Dracos: ive been reading most of the times that conj/opositions are the ones to look for - why is it so?

I have never used the calculator for this, but I think it doesn`t matter what is written upt there.

What matters is that you type in 00°00 Aries in the first box, the natal planetary position in the second box and the natal position of your NN in the third box.

Another way to do it, is to write down the planetary position and substract your NN from it.

EX:

My Moon is at 17°07 Aquarius, which translates to 317°07 (300°-330° in the cycle is Aquarius).

My NN is at 10°10 Sagittarius, which translates to 250°10.

Now to get my draconic position I have to substract the length of my NN from the planetary position:

317°07 - 250°10
=
66°57 or 6°57 Gemini.
So my draconic Moon is on 6°57 Gemini.

To know where your draconic Venus is I have to know the position of your natal tropical Venus and the position of your NN.

I think trines can be used, too, especially in the natal charts.
Trines are similiar to conjunctions in that they connect the same elements. There will be a very natural harmonious flow with a trine, but maybe it lacks the intensity of an opposition and conjunction.

In the draconics I would first look at conjunctions and oppositions, because those are the ones that seem to indicate very direct links between two persons.

I think conjunctions / oppositions point to soul-mates, whereas trines may rather point to soul-friends.
If two people have a conjunction or opposition it indicates, that they resonate with the same or complimentary energy.
Trines are more like a similiar energy, which triggers harmony and affinity, but it`s not the same.

And if we believe that soulmates really two parts of the same big pool of "soul-energy", then the conjunctions / oppositions would indicate that "soul-pool" or "soul-tree".

EDIT:

I still think that a close trine (within 3° the most, better 2°) can be a sign for a wonderful beautiful connection. Don`t underestimate the positive effect of harmony.
But a single trine on itself would not be enough to make two people attracted.
But if there are other strong connections (conjunctions and oppositions) then the trine can provide them with a beautiful harmony and flow.

I`d do that with the most important placements anyway.
For example, this musical-singer has his dr Isis conjunct my dr Sun on 16° Aries (with his dr Psyche and tropical Sun tightly conjunct, but not on the same degree).
The Sabian for 16° Aries:
"PHASE 16 (ARIES 16°): NATURE SPIRITS ARE SEEN AT WORK IN THE LIGHT OF SUNSET.
KEYNOTE: Attunement to the potency of invisible forces, of nature."

It actually pictures the way I feel, whenever I see him, quite clearly. I almost feel like a child again.

to keep your head from spinning, maybe you should narrow your list of asteroids and planets a bit?

I`d look especially at those planets / asteroids aspecting each other:

Sun, Moon, Venus, Mars, NN, AC, IC, Vertex

Karma, Valentine, Amor, Juno, Eros, Psyche, Ceres, Union, Isis and Osiris

Yes, I know,t here are still too many. LOL

However, I think an aspect between Isis / Osiris and Sun or Moon or NN or AC will be more significant than an aspect of Isis / Osiris with Uranus or Jupiter, at least in terms of soulmate-relationships.

The aspect to Jupiter could indicate that a teacher has arrived in your life.

Also, on orbs, I think, the exactest aspects (up to 2°) are the ones that are most clearly felt.
