I have been fascinated by all the threads on asteroids and how they play into the synastry between individuals. I have been studying different aspects of the chart below for a few years now (this is a synastry between my chart and that of my Piscean love, and our relationship has had strong 'Soulmate' overtones for the past 7 years - some of you know my complicated story with all the twists and turns), but only recently gotten into looking at the asteroids. I'm new to the rules that have been discussed here, but would like to try my hand at it over the next few days. And I would love the advice of you expert Knowflakes, if you get the chance!

Here is the basic version of this chart, with the garden-variety asteroids:

sunshine, it is a pain to make out the degrees, can u post the natal charts individually, or atleast post the the degrees of the planets and asteroids.

Hi Sunshine9,

I do believe in using asteroids but keep it to eros, sappho, amor, aphrodite, psyche. Also juno and vertex.

In terms of soulmate feeling, I've noticed that you have a venus opposite saturn double whammy. I also have this with the man I've always considered my soulmate...also with ups and downs for years now and unfortunately without a happy ending. Do you mind telling a bit about your story with this man? Unfortunately I dont know the background. Thanks a lot!

Hi anna,

That's pretty sad.. what happened with you and your guy? Are you still in touch, still undergoing ups and downs?

Me & my soulmate do indeed have that Venus-opp-Saturn issue.. We've known each other 7 years now and loved each other as long. The first few years, we had some wonderful times together but also faced obstacles that were overwhelming me, but he wouldn't let me give up on him & on us. Then, in spite of myself, I made a blunder that caused us to be apart for nearly 2 years when we were lost to each other, but at the end of that period, serendipity put us together in the same city, within 5 miles of each other. The feelings were still there, the chemistry was still there, and it was like no time had passed. There was some initial hesitance, but we got back together at the end of last year. We have been falling for each other all over again.. Recently though, circumstances have caused some misunderstandings that are rocking the boat, and I'm working to clear them because I will not give up on us this time.. I just don't feel like we're done, or that we ever will be..

Psyche Sun conjunction is pretty powerful and I imagine a double whammy including a Psyche Moon conjunction intensifies it even more. Can he "talk" to you telepathically? I have this with someone and we can do this.

How fascinating! Is it the Psyche/Sun that you have? Have you actually worked at this 'telepathic' communication? How does it work for you? Do share!!

The Psyche-Sun, Psyche-Moon aspects we have do feel pretty intense, and I feel strongly psychically connected to him. I could always tap into his moods without so much as looking at or talking to him. These aspects have really tremendously helped our non-verbal communication with each other, even though our Mercuries are squared. We haven't yet tried to explore the telepathic connection consciously as yet though..

Hi SUnshine,

No..we didn't work on it. It's just flat out weird. My Psyche conjuncts his Sun. We're usually both pretty in tune with "vibes" anyway, but I can actually "speak" to him if he's nearby. (Within close physical proximity or it doesn't seem to work.)

Your picking up on his feelings would be right on w/ the Psyche/Moon.

Lol, I know, I mean, Her psyche in Aquarius trines his Moon in Libra about half a degree (or 0º as some would call it). I didn't mean five degrees lol!

Also, though the conjunction is really wide (most likely too wide to consider but i'm posting it anyways lol), his Psyche in Scorpio conjuncts her Sun in Scorpio.
