I gave the book back to my friend........however, I remember it said, "Movie Line Book" or something like that....it didn't really have an author. I bet any bookstore would have it, though.

I don't eat dairy anymore either. I love Soymilk and soy products. I buy Soy yogurt, Soymilk ice cream, Soy mayonnaise, etc. I hate it when people say, "too much Soy is bad for you". Well, D'Uh! Eating dairy and animal flesh is bad for you! My diet is vegan except for honey. I'm thinking of trying that Royal Jelly made by the bees for extra energy and nutrients. I've recently been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia so I also started taking MSM and Glucosamine. I also take the Flax Oil for Omega 3's daily. As well as the regular vitamin supplements I take, A,C,E, B-complex 100, & multiple minerals. I also started learning more about a raw diet.

BITCHDOM
