re: .. Why on earth would Mac put it on on their keyboards??
.. just because .. no other reason .. accept it .. :-))
.. i guess lots of lawyers have good taste .. 'n use apple macs .. ;-))
.. honestly I have absolutely NO IDEA how 'fonts' work via the net ..
.. 'twill remain a mystery on Articia ..
.. i set my browzer to use system fonts here
.. but some in the 'fonts' folder are duplicates of MS types ..
.. am still clueless for the most part ...

.. fonts and females .. still clueless here .. intoxicating mysteries ..
.. well not the fonts .. granted .. ;-))

How close is the G3 to full functionality??
.. no closer than it was yesterday .. seem at home with the older one at moment ..
.. may have something to do with .. .. need to sort noisy drives first ..
.. as internal drive on G3 also makes complaining noises ..
.. and we can't have That here !! .. .. Articia is actually a dictatorship ..
.. not many folks know that .. !!

btw: i attribut that 64% to my cancerian ascendant .. ;-))))

This humble Artician (and thanks Nat for the variant spelling of “artificial” last year ) wishes to learn the proper means of addressing Your Excellency – ya know, Emperor Dragon has a very nice ring to it

.. mmmmmm ..

.. 'victims of comfort' .. eh ..
.. hah .. my immediate impression of 'ferdi with flower' .. was that .. the rose ..
should be replaced with a grenade .. the type with a visibly burning ignition fuse ..
with a slightly startled look to the eyes ..
p.s. i loved that 'bee' pic you planted over in the green fields ;-))

The slightly-startled look is already there in Rose-Ferdi’s eyes….. a bit more upward curve to the mouth would produce the appropriate look of consternation.....
But wouldn’t a stick of dynamite suit Emperor Dragon better??

Re: the bee pic - Over in your Taurean Green Pastures I gave you fellow Venusians the bee -- which may on the surface seem to be quite an unfriendly present – knowing, with compassion, that:

…..he amuses himself by smelling the flowers, listening to the birdsong and enjoying the summer breezes. He doesn’t do very much, our Ferdinand; but he’s easily contented, and at home in his pasture. Then one day he sits on a flower, and on the flower is a bee….. Well, you can work out the rest. Ferdinand the Bull is a perfect Taurean. And the story of many Taureans’ lives runs along those lines – the contentment of the field and the flowers – but there is always that damned bee….. Because the gods seem to resent complacency, there is usually a bee in the flowers….. Often the Taurus himself courts his bee without realizing it, unconsciously setting up a situation where he is shocked aware while thinking it happened by chance or was someone else’s fault. What the bee offers is a capacity to take their precious childlike simplicity and combine it with a little earthy realism….. a lovely combination, once achieved.

Amen!

Hiya Pix

Been awhile since I’ve seen much of you ‘round these hyar parts (except for the Spatial Aptitude thingie )….. so thought I’d bump this and warm the cockles of your heart if I can….. howzit feeling to be 29.99 plus shipping and handling??

Seas’ birthday’s coming up in a few weeks isn’t it?? And how's Everett Gabriel doing -- any new sonograms??

I see I missed your holiday on October 9th, but thought I’d put up this song for you belatedly and for us Yanks for next week….. some of my favorite lyrics lie within:

http://www.geocities.com/azalaksh/tunes/Don.Henley-My.Thanksgiving.mp3

My Thanksgiving
(Don Henley/Stan Lynch/Jai Winding)

A lot of things have happened
Since the last time we spoke
Some of them are funny
Some of 'em ain't no joke
And I trust you will forgive me
If I lay it on the line
I always thought you were a friend of mine

Sometimes I think about you
I wonder how you're doing now
And what you're going through

The last time I saw you
We were playing with fire
We were loaded with passion
And a burning desire
For every breath, for every day of living
And this is my Thanksgiving

Now the trouble with you and me, my friend
Is the trouble with this nation
Too many blessings, too little appreciation
And I know that kind of notion — well, it just ain't cool
So send me back to Sunday school
Because I'm tired of waiting for reason to arrive
It's too long we've been living
These unexamined lives

I've got great expectations
I've got family and friends
I've got satisfying work
I've got a back that bends
For every breath, for every day of living
This is my Thanksgiving

Have you noticed that an angry man
Can only get so far
Until he reconciles the way he thinks things ought to be
With the way things are

Here in this fragmented world, I still believe
In learning how to give love, and how to receive it
And I would not be among those who abuse this privilege
Sometimes you get the best light from a burning bridge

And I don't mind saying that I still love it all
I wallowed in the springtime
Now I'm welcoming the fall
For every moment of joy
Every hour of fear
For every winding road that brought me here
For every breath, for every day of living
This is my Thanksgiving

For everyone who helped me start
And for everything that broke my heart
For every breath, for every day of living
This is my Thanksgiving

Love & Hugs to you, hon ~

How are ya babe?? Got any new belly-bulge pics?? How's Everett Gabriel treating you??

Here's a pic of CJ -- he'd just taken the test and got his green belt!!!

Love & Hugs,

Oh He looks gorgeous!!! So focused! Are you proud or what?
As I said in the email, I am so sorry, I didn't know you two had bumped my thread here, I am honoured, and I promise to come back and visit some more.

I think we're switching from Everett to Kohan ( instead of Cohen-different spelling, same 'feel') but we're keeping Gabriel.
It's such a hard decision..
it's just that every time I talk to him, I say "Kohan" not Everett, it's just not natural for me. Doesn't feel right. I imagine he'll let me know ....
And I have about twelve names that tickle my fancy.
Hubby is another story....

*little man is kicking up a storm lately! He's about two pounds right now.

I am having some massive heatburn lately.Bleh.

Thanks for thinking of me.. that goes for you too, Mr. Happy D!!!!

Lots of love!!!!

Oh, right....
Also, I am having hubby take a pic of me tomorrow, so I'll show you then!

Maybe I'll bump up my baby thread over in FFA.
Who knows.. It's been about a month since I had a profile shot done.. and I promised myself I'd keep a better record.
See? I'm not a good follow through-er.

I figured because you asked, I'd put this here.
My newest belly pic.

Thanks for asking!

( I know I look worried or something, I am just tired....)

Hi, hon ~

Oooh, great tummy pic!!! You DO look tired, are you sleeping OK with all the kicking going on?? CJ used to wake me from a sound sleep, dancing on my backbone and playing congas on my liver and stomach And do I remember the heartburn days -- bleahhhh Your skin looks fabulous -- isn't it fantastic how carrying the little ones makes us look and feel healthier?? My blood pressure was somewhat high before I got pregnant -- when I was pregnant with him it went down to normal and stayed there after he was born.

Did you say farewell to the band?? Or are you still doing some singing??

PS: I like Kohan!! Perhaps it's safe to say now that I was with HD on the "Everett" pick One caveat: I can see him getting called Conan.....
But I like the way Kohan Gabriel sounds, and I'm kinda partial to names beginning with K.....

That's funny. I don't think I'd have thought about assigning chart issues to a computer.
