would house ruler hold more sway than house planet?

ex. 7th house ruler=neptune versus 7th/chiron/pisces????? ****venus/pisces out of house

every significant luv <half dozen> has had a hard sun/neptune either sq or opp. so my question is is it house ruler drawing them/me in or is chiron to heal them or be wounded by them???

who is drawn to whom? maybe it's equal? quite confused

Your 7th house cusp is Pisces, and you have Pisces in that house too?

I was trying to get you to clarify your first post. I just read it again, and maybe I wouldn't be a good one to answer, because for your very first question I have Sag ruling the 7th, and my Venus (which rules the 7th) is in Sag, so the house ruler and the planet aren't very distinguishable from one another.

What other things do your exes have in common?

hey again

let me try again please. please correct me if i've got this all wrong, i'm here to learn for certain. it's not easy being a novice, here goes

ex. 7th house pisces cusp means neptune is the house ruler, right? <neptune is actually placed in 3rd house/scorpio> chiron is positioned in 7th house pisces.

so which has more power/influence on relationships/7th house affairs neptune b/c it's the house ruler or chiron b/c it's placed in 7th house?

hope this helped, thanks for your patience

have to check on any other similarities...

You look at the 7th house sign. If you have Pisces ruling your 7th house then you would be inclined to attract people with Neptunian qualities or a strong Neptune in their chart.

You also look at the planets within the house- if you have Chiron in Pisces in the 7th you may attract the wounded or you may be the wounded and they are their to heal you.

I have a Virgo rising and Pisces rules my 7th house, like you I have Neptune in the 3rd house (Scorp). The 7th house holds my Aries moon and Chiron in Aries. I form strong bonds with strong people - I am attract men in law enforcement and in the military (as well as positions of power) yet in most relationships, when I am close, I exude a motherly type of quality- making sure those I love have their needs met- yet in a very Aries kind of way LOL...

I see Chiron in that people in my life divulge their secrets- hurts/ pains..etc.. to me. We are all wounded in some way and we all learn to heal- Chiron in the 7th means healing through relationships with others.

Does that make sense?

Pidaua,

thank you so much. really clicks for me. what do you think about uranus dragging through our mutual 7th houses? my hope is that once it goes direct in a couple days things might smooth out a little. guess it's a lot to hope for considering it's uranus.

thanks again!

I'm a late Virgo rising, which means Uranus is still in my 6th house. I've seen so many changes here at work (and in my own career). We've had a 100 - 300% turn over in my office with several positions filled by 3 different people within a year.

I went from Biotech to Bioterrorism to the education system. When I move to Germany in March I will most likely be changing careers again (sort of) and become a Middle School Science teacher. LOL..

Uranus in the 7th is a bit different. You may see suddden changes in your relationships (and friendships or with openly hostile people). At one time things seem smooth then the person just leaves your life.

This is what is said on bobmarksastrologer.com

It’s not a good idea to get married during this transit, especially if it’s going to be one of those spur-of-the-moment, love at first sight things. What Uranus brings together suddenly, it usually breaks apart just as quickly. The same goes for business partnerships. We frequently seem to attract people symbolized by the planets that are transiting our 7th House. In the case of Uranus, these people will be independent and eccentric, and they will tend to shake us out of any rut we happen to be in. No, this isn’t “magic”. We meet people like this all the time, but we aren’t attracted and may not even notice them. When Uranus hits our 7th House, however, we suddenly become aware of them. We open up and let them into our lives (for better or worse). The transit is our transit, and it affects Us, not them.

I should add- you may be attracted to dreamy, artistic men. I am to an extent, but I have never been able to see myself with a "starving" artist or one that is too moody- I also have that Aries Moon in the 7th house, which again means I will be attracted to men that are dreamy AND strong.

My husband is a Leo with a Pisces moon (Neptune influence) who is creative (he draws, paints, love music) and he is also strong (US Army). He embodies what I see as my perfect man or the 7th house man.
