the technique comes from a mentalist who has also formulated other meditations that have been successfully used by many over the years.

IQHUNK had posted these techniques in his posts and i am givin the condensed form.

Hindrance to a good relationship

Many cultures insist on post marital sex only. There is a very spirtual scientific reason.
Auric Imprinting of the wife occurs post coitally and this vibration stays for months after every few days of contact.the Semen of a man has his entire spiritual evolution and Karma , the genetic code. if we can contract aids which is an immune condition not even a disease, it shouyldnt be hard to accept what sexual imprints involve. If the girl has pre-marital sex and marries the same bloke, no problems but if the husband is different, now there is a remnant frequency of another man in her aura.

If that boyfriend is afflicted by some Karmic misdeeds and is in anguish, some of that frequency will resonate in the girl's aura and this will affect her health, her mood and also her husband's mood and so on.

Same works in the reverse too. If you notice many businessmen suddenly having badluck after they get a fortune, it is because the first thing they do after making a million is celebrate with an addition of slutty mistresses who could have been imprinted by drug dealers or convicts a few weeks back.
The girls here are luckier though, they aurically drain the wealth consciousness of the newly rich fool.

PART 1: Color Therapy:
Step 1:
Relax in a chair, eyes closed. Breathe very deeply, fill your lungs slowly and then exhale slowly. Do this till you are very relaxed. Try to smell the air intently as it comes in and goes out, this way the relaxation effect will be more pronounced.

Step 2:
After some relaxation, imagine a stream of bright yet very pale pinkish light or white light entering the top of the crown of your head from a silver colored elastic channel connected to a bright sun at the top of your head. (This represents your Higher Self).

Now imagine this stream of light going down your spine, all the way to your legs, then returns back through the same path. On it's way back, imagine black debris being forced out through the top of your crown by this light, through this elastic
channel. This debris represents all toxins and all negative experiences and negative thoughts accrued lifelong from inside your Aura, your physical body and your genes. Allow all of this negativity to go out. A few steps of this exercises cleanses your Auric Chakras or Energy Centres.

Step 3:
Imagine surrounding yourself with a violet bubble. This prevents bad energy from electronic devices and harmful people or events from affecting your Aura. [Do this part every 12 hours for protection in heavy crowds etc.]

Step 4:
Imagine a brown cylinder surrounding your feet upto the edge of the thighs. This is for grounding you to Earth . Spin the cylinder in any direction you choose, preferably clockwise.

Step 5:
Visualize a pale red colored cylinder in the are surrounding your genitals and lower spine. Spin it in the same speed and direction as the brown cylinder. Allow 15 seconds to 1 minute for this visualization. Pale Red represents basic creative energy.

Step 6:
Visualize a pale orange colored cylinder in the navel/kidney region.
The color should surround every cell in the regions and even surround the aura or a part of you outside the body in this region.
Spin it in the same speed and direction as the brown and pale red cylinders. Pale Orange represents truth and filteration.

Step 7:
Visualize a pale yellow colored cylinder in the stomach and middle back region upto the Solar plexus. Spin it along with the other cylinders. Pale Yellow represents intelligence, logic, absorption.

Step 8:
Visualize a clear, bright, medium green colored cylinder surrounding the heart region and upper back region. Spin it synchronously.
Bright Green represents abundance, oxygenation, health, happiness.

Step 9:
Visualize an ice blue colored cylinder surrounding your neck, throat, teeth, lips and mouth region. Spin it synchronously.
Ice Blue represents communication, voice, music.

Step 10:
Visualize a royal blue colored cylinder surrounding your brain, eyes, nose, ears, back of the head. Especially focus on the "PINEAL GLAND" inside the Brain Centre. Spin it synchronously. Spin this for 2 minutes. Royal Blue represents the Hyperspace Link, Pineal Gland, Advanced KNowledge, Brain, Super Intelligence.

Step 11:
Visualize a violet colored cylinder surrounding the top of the head and a little bit over the head. Spin this synchronously with the other cylinders for 2 minutes. Violet represents ultimate protection, selflessness and connection to Angelic forces.

After completing part 1, you have to mentally focus in your Pineal Gland or third eye region, a poin between your eyebrows in the centre of the head. Now verbally say these affirmations 7 times.

1. I release all negative auric imprints in all their forms, including physical, of all the men in my life to their respective Higher Selves, through my Higher Self.

2. I protect my Aura from any negative auric imprints and from any negative vibrations from any source for all time to come.

3. I accept a clean and healthy aura with perfect energy flow between my self and my Higher Self at all times.

After the seventh utterance, mentally surround your entire brain and then body with brown color. This represents grounding this healing into reality.

After a few weeks, you can substitute these affirmations with what you really need as your Higher Self can guide you a zillion times better than me. All you gotta do is ask.

Oh BTW, using condoms minimizes imprinting.
It is the mixing of fluids that enhances auric imprints because DNA is a very powerful frequency. Even people who visit hairstylists with unclean scissors are affected, albeit lightly as hair of another person is also DNA!
So this healing is useful for even celibates.roblem is quite simple. Strict Monogamy or 3-6 months gap between relationships and some heavy duty meditation to cleanse the aura before forging a new relationship.

Now, when you meditate sufficiently to release all unreleases auric imprints from all your relationships and even your thoughts
(every deep thought creates a psychic cord form you Aura to the Aura of he one you though about. This is why the masses can be subliminally controlled by film stars/celebrities who capture the imagination of millions.)

Likewise, everytime an ex thinks of you a psychic cord is created from him to you.

So you must tell your Higher Self to remove all these unwanted cords. Using affirmations, clean up your Aura and release all the memory imprints of the past.

I RELEASE ALL UNNECESSARY PSYCHIC CORDS.
Visualize all these cords disappearing. Imagine a clean and wholesome Aura with the proper chakra colours.
This affirmation works very fast along with the visualization.

Next, forgive your twin soul in meditation.
Forgive yourself for all the past lif ehurt you caused. This double forgiveness and release of guilt paves the way to allow your true love for the present lifeline to arrive.
The barriers vanish. Guilt must never exist about any past mistake. Guilt is a real enemy along with arrogance, haughtiness, anger etc. I am sure you dont have the other evils but guilt is a sneaky evil that many associate with good.

PLease read the Labour of Love forum, my post to Kim Rogers on a colour based meditation. Try it out for a few weeks. It is wholeseome, safe and works quickly.

Once you do that, mentally download Pale Pink colour from your Higher Self into your Aura while removing black debris of residual hatred/jealousy/envy/guilt.

Now here is a vital secret . Send Pale Pink colour from your heart chakra to your OverSoul. Then from your heart chakra to God. Imagine this reaching all other OverSouls. This is a meditation that will make you feel very very very air headed if you do it right. You are sending unconditional love from your very core to the Infinite Cosmos of God, Oversouls and subsequently all that exists in all planes. This is one of the most spiritually generous acts.

I was born in Bombay and I was saying in another forum that in India everybody educated knows what to do during an eclipse and the info is kind of folklorish by now! But I have kind of lost touch with that culture so I had forgotten these things!

I also would like to ask a question about the past life regression you did. After reading your post, I purchased Mirrors of Time, by Brian Weiss, and the book included a regression CD. Is that what you used for your regression? I have done it a few times, and have seen small portions of the different lives with the man I am involved with. It has been enough to show me what I did, and why I owe him karma in this one. But I'm not seeing those lives at the level of depth that you did. Did you see all that on the first regression?

as for the regression, i was really, really intent on finding the reasons for the issues i was facing, and now that i see it ,there was no way a shrink could have helped either.
i think u have to be in a really deep state of hypnosis, to recall all that. actually i had been meditating for a long time before the regression, and u have to take into account my cultural influences as well.

dont rush anything. i also followed the same Cd u r talking about, only i made my own tape from the instructions given in the book.try going into deeper and deeper levels of relaxation.
also i would suggest u do the meditation above and ask ur Higher Self to help u release all issues u r carrying from ur past life. i am guessing a regression following that should be more clearer.THAT is what i had done, ask my HS to help me find the reasons for my issues, that i just felt helpless to overcome.

And he is gone again. He just disappears, and stops responding to phone calls or emails. There is no rhyme or reason to it. I never understand. It's when we seem to be getting closer, and seeing each other more often. I guess it brings him closer, and he realizes that he needs to finally make a decision about us. About moving it up to the next level, and making it real. Becoming a real relationship, where we are part of each other's lives. And when he gets to this place, he stops, and backs up, and essentially runs. And he will be silent for a couple of months, and then he comes back. Like we've never been apart.

I looked at Nessus in our composite chart. Since Nessus is emotional pain taking you to your core, (emotional torture as far as I'm concerned). It's at 23 Taurus. The Sabian symbol for 23-24 Taurus is "An Indian Warrior Riding Fiercely, Human Scalps Hanging From His Belt."

That's pretty much the pain of what I am feeling right now. I want to call him and say, "Please don't do this". "Please don't walk away again". But I guess it has to happen in order to clear some of the karma between us. I have been doing all of the meditations you listed in your recent post. And also the forgiveness meditations IQ gave me. He said that it would take the patience of Job to attract a twin soul in denial. I am trying to remember that. I don't know whether I have the strength to hold on. I'm in such pain trying to hold on to it. But I was also in pain when I tried to walk away, when I tried to forget about him and move on with my life.

At this point I am praying for the strength to get through this. That God/The Universe will help me find some peace. Will help me move on to where I need to be. With or without him.

I was meditating/ communicating with my Higher Self in the early hours of this morning....and I feel that Twin Flames probably do exist.....just as Linda (and Heathcliff ) said in Gooberz.

Also, I started to read a little of this book an Edgar Cayce guide to soul mates, and it mentioned this legend about humans souls at one time being split into two after they were created. It said that a person's other half could could be the same sex. So there could be truth in this also. Personally, I feel variety is the spice of life, so this is quite possible. I feel my particular Twin Flame to be male.

BUT then I started dreaming of the pisces, the only person I've truly loved. I hadn't thought of him for a while and thought I was over it. I'm now realising that he's probably my twin flame and even if we don't come together (properly) in this lifetime, then maybe the next.
That thought gave me some peace and I'm not worrying about it, the universe will take care of it.

It was just so funny that after all that meditation and releasing of his (and others) energy, when I called to my soul mate there he was (I actually passed him broken down on the side of the road). There's been a few other things bringing him indirectly into my life lately that have me wondering what's going on.
