If you love him, and trust him, then you don't need to concern yourself with any woman coming onto him (or those you only perceive to be coming onto him - I've seen that happen, too, based on insecurity). Those women aren't the enemy, if he isn't about to stray - and if he does, then he's the enemy, and not some precious little thing twisted by the woman's evil and wily charms.

I KNOW my man can be trusted (Catholic guilt lol), but really as many problems he gives me in this Virgo/Pisces thing he is a good man..just needs to understand women more. (truth be told he is the coworker in my fidelity thread)

Where he is concerned, tho, he is a big flirt, admits it to anybody, refuses to change, and he and I have argued the crush issue into the dirt, he thinking is is ok, me NOT!

What I cant get through his head is that IF a man, or a woman for that matter "crushes" and IF a man or woman in a committed relationship flirts, even tho they may have no intention of going anywhere with it, that is not the message that is sent out by the flirter and IF the flirtee reciporicates, what then?

Agreed, it takes two to tango, but why put it out there in the first place if you dont intend to go there?

Our coworkers get on him about this, they really stick up for me, not so much verbally, but I have been there years longer and, I suppose, naturally, they would side with me, tho he is very much loved and respected at our workplace.

I dunno, interactions are strange between men and women, sometimes, well alot of the time. And from what I have seen alot of the strangeness is based on one's own insecurity, this is definately the case of my bfriend.

good point Teasel~~~

I can't believe I missed this thread!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! dam. lol

Yep, the thing is that people aren't possessions and if you love someone, set them free and all that... Not that I haven't taken some blatant hussy by the clothing and dragged her ass outside in a rage, a decade or so before I fully understood that little lesson.

It's actually about the dude's girlfriend what the interlopetress broad is doing. It's a competition thing and the dude is secondary at best. The flirty wench is saying to the girlfriend" I'm better than you, more desirable, more clever I can take away the attentions of someone important to you. And then cast it away if I want. I'm superior. I'm more woman."
It's not flattering to anyone, not the dude, not the girlfriend not even the would be vamp. The girlfiend because she has to compete with someone ( even if it's merely to tolerate her behaviour) who can't navigate the path of decency because that requires reading a moral compass, and she's lost right there.
The boyfriend because he's either wimping out or sliming out by not telling, the potential "other woman" to get on down the pike, that he doesn't appreciate what she is doing because it shows no regard for his committment to his woman and especially because it sh_ts the bed on where his woman stands from her commitment to him and her place inside his ribcage.
Final, and most important, it's a taunt and a discount of something that should be held sacrosanct, that a woman's hearth, her partnershhip with her man, is not to be challenged by someone, whom by her very approach, proves she is not worthy of competing.
