Dear Crabby I think we got our main answer.Neptune conjunct Mars. Read that thread in Astro 2. I am still pondering the exquisite attention to detail which seems like we have NOT found yet. I want to give it some more thought. You might want to go to the asteroid forum, look under the thread where I ask for links and check his asteroids. I bet he has some prominent asteroids on Key places that would help us find the answer. Maybe he was a key interior decorator in a past life ------------------ Enlightenment doesn't result from sitting around visualizing images of light, but from integrating the darker aspects of the self into the conscious personality Jung You must lose your life for My sake in order to find it . Ami, I am learning a ton from you. Thank you for your time and attention. The neptune-mars thing makes sense. Glad I don't have that aspect this time around, although I do have my mars in the 12th. IP: Logged |

Hi Crabby - This is just more on the Mars/Neptune conjunction - (and also, I mentioned something about your rel.): http://www.linda-goodman.com/ubb/Forum24/HTML/208775-2.html :edit: oh it was already mentioned nvm..
About this Capricorn man -- is he getting any kind of psychological help? It really sounds like he has depression. He probably is likely (in terms of statistics) to get cancer. Is that the case -- I mean is it a particular type of cancer that they all had? IP: Logged |

Hi Boop, yes, he is depressed and no, not getting any treatment. He claims that all the antidepressants he's tried in the past have either made him hyper or other adverse reactions. Problem is, he seems more inclined to complain about his bad luck than to do anything about it. A case of negative manifestation, and I cannot convince him that his thoughts and words invite more problems. He thinks I am a kook and he laughs at me behind my back with his colleagues. Not a metaphysically oriented soul in the bunch. Very sad. If he quit his high stress job, that would be a good start, but that's not happening any time soon. Not with him initiating it. But who knows. . maybe the eclipses will rock him. IP: Logged |

ohhh crabby! I've known people like this.. I know what you are describing and it is really difficult to watch. They act as though they need help, but when you try to help - they push you away. quote: A case of negative manifestation, and I cannot convince him that his thoughts and words invite more problems.
This is so true! I think this kind of 'lack of optimism' can also be due to Jupiter's placement. His Jupiter is in a grand cross pattern, with Moon/Uranus in Cancer.. Saturn in Libra and Chiron in Capricorn. The degrees are not very close, but I would still count it. Since this is happening in cardinal signs - I think one of his lessons in life would be 'you cannot control everything'.. Sometimes things just happen.. and it is what it is. You have to keep rolling. You have to trust God (or whatever your spiritual beliefs are). Maybe the Neptune aspects (on the down side) can also mean a distrust in God/divinity/spirituality.

Actually I think he is running away from Neptune.. because Neptune *is* spirituality... so maybe he is in denial about this side of him. You are very kind to try and help this person, but don't let him bring you down emotionally! IP: Logged |

Your guy could have a serious case of Eris. Check Astro forum for Ephemeris and call me in the morning ------------------ Enlightenment doesn't result from sitting around visualizing images of light, but from integrating the darker aspects of the self into the conscious personality Jung You must lose your life for My sake in order to find it .
