Moon sq Venus(2 degrees) I know you are in a relationship now.You said it was long distance, This is good as maybe you can learn to trust in an easier way than having to deal with each other day to day. This square makes love feel very hard like you must climb a mountain for any ounce of it. Saturn is very cumbersome and weighty to what it touches but if you persevere it should get better with time. However,one has to work with what one has. Your Venus will have to struggle for expression,little by little .Saturn demands that of things it touches. Your Venus will want to run away and hide,It is in the 12th house. You will have to pull it back,time and time again to force it out of hiding. You would need a very understanding man.I think a Libra would be good for you. In practical terms, you may want to hide under the bed where it is safe. You will always have to force yourself out from under the bed,I think. So, that would be Venus in the 12th. Then, you have the square from the moon which exacerbates it. Your deep, raw heart is on one side and your love nature is on the other. They are warring rather than working together. Does this fit? How do you feel it? Neptune is at home in the 12th so can make one psychic or have very good intuition. This is good. However,your emotions will war with this spiritual side of you. This seems different and hard on many levels.Lets break it down. Mars is in the 4th, the house of the home. Do you feel drive for your home,your childhood home, early years,your mother etc Do you have a passion for any of those things,in particular? Now the Merc is 29 degree which is a weakened Mercury.This,again,is a theme of your chart,your struggle to communicate against many odds. Does this feel to be one of your major struggles in life? So the Sag Mercury is in it's detriment ,too. So, you have several things pointing to this theme in your life. Man, communication must be SO hard Now,if you take the energy of Taurus Mars and the energy of Sag mercury, they are very different. The quincunx forces you to meld them in to one whole.
