I believe the diviation is talking about a fresh start. Maybe you have recently decided to set goals on the type of person you'd like to date?

Either way, the divination is also encouraging you to take the opportunities that come your way, no matter big or small. Because you'll never know until you try.

Hi,

The divination is telling me that he probably had financial issues, or that you and he were on different levels socially. I believe his pride is important to him at this point and he feels good enoguh about his decision.

Based on what the divination is saying, I do not see that happening in very early future. Maybe some time needs for you to pass and reflect on the lessons from past relationships. But I might be wrong. Keep me posted please!

You are correct, there is an applying degree from your planet (AC ruler) to his (Mars), but I think because of the fact that his planet is in the 8th, there will be extra care and maybe a hint of hesitance to his actions.
