Yes you are

He has some personal issues and inner conflicts though that he needs to figure out himself. You should not blame yourself for emotions that he may occasionally go through.

Divination says you possibly only considered yourself when making that decision. Seems like you guys were a team. As a result M may be very heartbroken and resentful now.
Divination does not clarify whether it was in your best interest or not. Follow your heart I guess?

There is marriage potential. But what you need to know according to the divination is that it possible he is the center of his own universe. More than the average person tends to be.

I am not able to tell whether there will be a marriage for sure or not, without seeing both full charts and running a complete analysis.

When it comes to timing I usually get answers by using the horary chart and confirming what I get from horary with other types of cards I use as well as with Hafez. If all three or four methods point to the same time frame, I can tell with a high degree of certainty when the query will most likely happen.

When it comes to more important questions like marriage timing, job, moving, getting pregnant, etc, I use solar returns, harmonics, Arabic parts, transits and progression, and the divinations and the cards!

I am sure timing alone can be received from Hafez divination, but I am personally not that experienced when doing timing with Hafez. Sometimes the poem refers clearly to a certain month or season, and sometimes just gives the overall vibe of everything stagnant for a while, which means for a good couple of months it won't happen. If the poem refers to a lot of words in air element, such as birds, flying, air, wind, etc, I know it is a matter of weeks for the thing in question to unfold.

For your question I get a lot of air element from Hafez. And the other cards say seven weeks or sooner. If you would like, you can tell me publicly over here or privately over on Instagram what the thing you have in mind is, and I will be ale to cast a horary chart as well.
