The religion and philosophy sound so much like you, Star. If you feel inclined toward them you should consider them strongly.

You're right, I'm not a big NASA fan. Too much bureaucracy and not enough exciting exploration. I mean, we don't even have a moonbase yet!

btw, I'm doing the school play intensively this week- working on it 12 hours a day! Plus I've been having internet difficulties. Arg. The point is, it feels really good to drop in here!

Yes, in the context of my future real estate.

Homework blows!

On top of that I have to improve both my Science and Math skills! They are impeccably poor as of right now.

How about 6 hours of writing, reading, and studying? I have to get a good SAT score it's my only shot to prove I'm above average. Atleast I have a 3.4 GPA! But for some reason all this work isn't making me unhappy, I'm actually enjoying the fact that I have purpose to get somewhere. I'm happier now as person then I was years ago.

I think it's my transiting Saturn, inside the first house, opposing Neptune. I guess Saturn is trying to put structure and stability in my ideals. Which is something I'm grateful for and also saddened because a lot of what I dreamed was thrown away. What a coincidence that Saturn will be there for 2 years until my high school graduation. You see, Saturn ain't that bad, really. Saturn is also trining my Sun.

After this, I have to go work as a busperson, picking up dirty plates, inside a Jewish retirement community. What kind of Saturnian influence is going on here?

Thanks Juniperb I really need it.

One of the biggest things I've learned and still learning is the virtue of patience.

I consider myself to be a darn lucky person and I'm so thankful for that. I love you all.

I am an official nit-wit when it comes to Math and Science! And I blame it all on television.

Star, my dad would have agreed with you

He was anti- tv; said it made our brain rot. Once we gt a tv, we were limited to one half hour a night. How times have changed!!

Television helps our english, language, comprehension, and speech ability. But when it comes to mathematical problems and scientific knowledge, let's just say our brains lose a lot of that memory.

What formula is this equation?

Y= 1/2x + 2 (x-2)

Can you tell me the answer to this scientific notation?

4.7 X 10(3) + 8.2 X 10(4)

Note: The () does not meant to multiply, the computer doesn't have exponent keys so I had to use () to show it. The (3) and (4) are exponents.

Now I've learned to truly appreciate Math, but could it be too late for me to learn and master it?

-StarLover Good Luck!

I had to take a h.s. basic math course over. That was very embarassing.

Math & I have a standing agreement; if a calculator can`t solve my problem, it don`t need solved

Don't worry guys, my biggest weakness is knowing my multiplication factors. So I've become a nit-wit with fractions and ratios. Math can be so much fun when you know what you are doing. When you don't know, it's the worst subject ever created. But it isn't.

I couldn't agree more starlover. Math is awesome when you know what you're doing! and if you don't? well.....you're basically screwed.

I thought I was good at math, but I'm wondering about it now because I've no clue what you're talking about oops lol. But you're abit older than me so you're abit further in maths than I am.

Exponents? hmm

Message boards do involve a lot of fast, concise writing.
