It wasn't something I tried or wanted to do, it just happened spontaneously. I dont think I knew anything about OOBE or astral projection at that time, it caught me off guard so it took me some time to realize that there was something different about me  and then it was like:  I must have died! I wonder what happened? strange that I don't remember anything, if I had died of some kind of a disease I would remember something but I don't. Maybe I was hit by a car then?? I did not get scared or shocked when these thoughts came to my mind. I was just curious. IP: Logged |

Aqua,  I thought I had died, I could see objects through my hands so it never came to my mind to check if I could see myself in the mirror There was someone else there (to be specific I was in someone else's house). Definitely she could not see me but was scared a lot, she was flourishing her arms in the air, whispering histerically: 'who's there? who is it? omg what is it?' I admit I was very mad at her and did want to scare her but I could not do anything to her! So don't be afraid of ghosts I met her after that, we are not on speaking terms so we just stared at each other but said nothing, that's all. IP: Logged |

Hello belle What you are experiencing is normal, believe it or not. Just keep doing whatever it is you are doing, because it seems to be "loosening" you up, and you are aware of it at times. Even those tiny flashes of experience, like your "sway", are important, as they give us confidence in what we are doing, that it is real and it is possible ... know what I mean? Hi Ra! It's good that you're back. Are u ok now?  Hope so...Anyways, i too am very excited about these little experiences. It's just that, when i'm almost there, i get too excited and can't get hold on to it. And it really takes couple of days 'til i experience other feelings. But thanks to all of you, i really get inspired.  Belle

Hi Peri! Maybe, she somehow felt you and thought u were a ghost or something. Did u know her or met her before u "died". Or was it the first time u met her? You should've talked to her though...and tell her u saw her freaked out...LOL..just kidding. Belle

yes of course I knew her before this OOBE. And she wronged me! 
btw I did not talk to her during that OOBE and never asked after that if she saw/felt something strange.
We met the next day and just stared at each other but said nothing.

Nope, I don't see the point of doing so.
When you die you'll be OOB anyway.
I dont want to recall my past lives either, I've had enough of $$it in this one.
To tell the truth I don't think I need any otherwordly experiences.
Why?
My task is to try and learn to enjoy this life in this body with what I have.
