I think Fajita is right. It's probably what the defendant wants.

Hey All,

I have a question. Someone pointed out to me off this site, that I really came down on Kobe and was being totally "Black and White" about the case.

Will some of you please review my posts and see if I was in anyway convicting Kobe or just laying out the way DNA is used in a trial and what the defense / prosecution usually do regarding a case?

I keep rereading it and I don't see that I was convicting him. I did use his name, but only as a demonstration.

Thanks

Juniperb, Trillian, can you give it a once over please

Hi Pid, I reread it twice. Once with an intentional slant to a black/white case. I couldn`t find any evidence of it

In particular, your statement (forced or consensual) left your intentions open to a jury vote based on the forensics evidence, how it is presented by the defense/prosecution then interpreted to find a not guilty/guilty verdict.

I`m curious as to how the person drew that conclusion!

Hi Juniperb,

Thanks for your comments. Yeah, I was wondering too if maybe someone put my name to a different persons post or what. But, I didn't think I had led anyone to believe in anything other that the methodology and adversarial battle between the prosecution and defense.

Oh well, I will have to wait to see if the person let's me know what I did that they found so offensive.

Thanks again Juniperb.
