Oh, that sucks!! Sorry to hear that. I'd be very disappointed, too.No rush on the links. The TAP Plastics one, it shows what people have done with their products, but not how. I think I'll have to go over there, have a look around, and ask some questions. This Ovation channel is amazing. I came home from improv tonight, turn it on, and the show was called something like Diary of an Eccentric Architect. I don't think I caught his name, but it was this whimsical man probably in his 70's walking through a lot of his creations. He was clearly a fan of art. He had his Warhols, and a number of sculptures. His design was turning to the sculptural as well. Cool show. Now there's another show focusing on another architect. Art tv; I like it. IP: Logged |

Wow! No, I didn't see that one. That's kind of a cool concept. I think I'd like it better against a colored ceiling.Yeah, Muji was such a disappointment. Why would one want to pay more for something so simple? Maybe the designers are demanding more royalties since they'll never be acknowledged by Muji for their contributions. IP: Logged |

I learned how to make molds today. I have the day off; bank holiday. I watched a bunch of videos on YouTube. It looks cool, but I'll have to think about what I would enjoy doing with that.IP: Logged |

The stuff I learned yesterday was rolling around in my head today a bit. My best ideas for resin sculpture thus far are decorative guitar pick guards, and on my way home I thought it might be cool to design some cool clocks. The thing I don't know is how to make the original part/sculpture. Most of the mold making videos I watched started with a figurine that they were creating the mold around. I need to find out if I can just use clay or something.I also had an idea for designing reflectors for pedestrians and cyclists. IP: Logged |

Oooh...different colored eyes. That's interesting.Yeah, I'd like to play with mold making. I'm not sure that I want to get into it before Christmas. I'm not actually in a money crunch at the moment, but I feel like I am. Like I've got obligations, and shouldn't be spending on myself. I would like to figure out something artistic to give my mom for Christmas. She gave me her color pallette. I just need to figure out a subject. IP: Logged |

I'm babysitting my roommate's cat while she's away scuba diving in San Diego. Her cat's been getting sickly thin, so my roommate's been concerned about her. I've started letting her have human food, though, and she eats it. So now that momma's away I'm feeding her way more often. Before leaving my roommate did make her a container of spiced (cooked) ground beef, which the cat has loved. Just now I set a teaspoon of refried beans in front of her, and she went for it. Score! There's something satisfying about a cat liking mexican food. Actually, your cat looks a lot like my roommate's cat. Let me get a picture. IP: Logged |

Gosh, T.Your work is so beautiful, as usual. Have you seen the watercolors of Winslow Homer and of John Singer Sargent? Do a Google Image search. You will surely be inspired. IP: Logged |
