I'll write in brief what I remember.
My sister asked me what astral travel was as she heard it somewhere so I explained it briefly and simply to them.
Billy, Isabell & Sarah were sitting around the table with me.
Sarah said "well I normally do that when Im bored."
I replied "what do you mean? tell me what you do"
Sarah said "when Im at home not doing much, and I feel like a nap, I just think of where I want to go, I close my eyes and I'm really there! like a dream but I can move and do what I want"
I said "so you have complete control during the dream? is it colour? and can you go anywhere you want?"
Sarah replied with "yeah I can do anything, and its full colour, ive never had a black and white dream, and I can go anywhere, and also use my mind to change things, and make things happen"
Billy interrupted with "Yeah I do that too, I thought that was normal!"
I said "and you too isabelle?"
Isabelle replied "I dont have any control over my dreams, and I hardly remember them"
"fair enough" I said.
Isabelle is the oldest out of the 3.
I said to sarah "Do you normally remember your dreams? and do you have nightmares?"
She said "I remember all my dreams, and I've only had one nightmare"
I asked "when did you have that nightmare, and why do you think you had it?"
She replied "it was when I first discoverd i could walk around and do anything I liked in my dreams"
I said "you must have manifested a nightmare because it was all new and scary"
"Yeah" she said.
I asked my sister, Billy "how often do you do this? do you dream/ travel like this every night?"
"yeah" she said. "its so cool"
" I bet" I said
I asked billy and sarah "what else do you do? can you give me more details into what you do in your dreams?"
sarah said "i sometimes visit people, but I normally go to places, and go on trains, hang out with friends, make cars apear so we can ride to places , and stuff like that"
"Billy?" I asked...
she replied with "I fly around and sometimes I visit people too, but some people i can't find, but I normally bump into people I want to see any way"
I asked "and are your dreams in colour too?
"yep" she said.
"why are you so suprised?" Sarah asked
" I think its wonderful that you can do this, its a wonderful gift you both have"
"COOL!!" they said....

Isabelle has some psychic gifts which I will explain later when I have more time.
I want giving them some information about dreams and astral travelling for the future. If anyone knows a good book, website, or information please let me know.

1. Don't overemphasize her gifts - just be loving and supportive of her as you would if she didn't have such apparent gifts. As wonderful as it seems, and of course you love her and want to be joyous over her "specialness," you do in fact run the risk of expecting to muc of her gifts, even if you can't see that you are.

2. Her gifts will evolve on their own course, and as she grows and mature she will begin to intuitively know what she needs in terms of developing her gifts, if that is her calling (I don't subscribe to the idea of forcefully developing one own's gifts, as I've see too many problems with that route, from extreme delusions to incorrigible arrogance to profound disillusionment).

noreenz...im not sure if everyone dreams in colour? did you know that I dont even know if I do or not...sounds wierd but I do remember dreams that were in colour..but i dont know if i have ever had any in black and white..
Also, do you mean feel as in feeling objects or emotional feeling?
And these children are 14-16

One of the books that helped me feel more comfortable with OBE's (out-of-body experiences) is: Journeys out of the Body, by Robert Monroe.

I have been having OBE's for years. It was really scary to me at first - and sometimes still is. I started reading up on it when I finally found out what was happening to me. I wonder if these kids have what I experience before every OBE. My physical body becomes paralized. I'm in that in between awake and dreaming state and I start hearing an extremely loud rushing wind sound that sometimes jolts me awake. Other times it's a very high pitched ringing, that gets louder and louder and it feels like every cell in my body is vibrating or speeding up?? I don't know it's really hard to describe. I try to keep myself calm when this starts happening and aware enough to remember it when I wake up. Usually I cant remember what happens after that. All I can see is whiteness and sometimes pictures flashing really quick in my minds eye. And almost always before I finally drift of to sleep I start hearing unknown voices - parts of conversations - that don't fit togethter. It's like theyre coming out of the ethers. Kind of like changing the radio stations really fast. I'm picking up on something. I think this is called clairaudience. A few weeks ago I was almost asleep when I was jolted awake by I, swear to God this really loud whisper in my ear. I wasnt imagining it and it wasnt a dream. And I was home alone. Quite scary. And I couldnt make out what was said. I just layed there frozen, now wide awake, heart thumping, repeating in my mind what I heard, but I couldnt make out the words.

Unfortunatly I don't remember much of where I go when I astral travel. I'm getting better at controlling my movements while out of body. I do remember times looking down at my body in bed and squeezing back into it. It feels like trying to fit a size 10 foot into a size five shoe.

While explaining the sound things I get before sleep to a friend a few years back, he told me he knew someone who might know what it was all about. He introduced me to a guy who was having the same experiences and he let me borrow some of the books he had on it. It's called Ekenkar. I don't have the book anymore and cant remember the title. It's something like, the "Sharyiat - Ki - Sugmad". Yes, I think that's it. This was a great book on astral travel and explained the different levels or dimentions one goes to while in this state. It also explained the sounds one hears upon reaching these different planes. I was relieved to read all of this and realize I wasnt going crazy and that there was actually something to what going on with me.

I'm interested to know if these kids have similar experience with this to me. It seems like they are completely fearless with the whole thing. Not that they should be full of fear but when it first started happening to me I was very scared. I still don't have complete control or understanding of it all.

Kids are amazing - especially the ones that are coming onto the earth at this time. So cool. I'd love to hear more about them and there experiences.

I will ask my sister and her friends about the types of noises ect... They're coming over today,...and you would'nt believe isabelles gift. She has visions that she thought was normal. Like a vivid dream during the day. But by the end of the day she forgets. i'll continue this later
