Hey Lia,

I'm not the only one being lazy (or at least I haven't received anything in a while), but you're right. Haven't written anyone lately, and I really should.

Here's to hoping I get to it soon.

Fayte,

I didn't post the phrase, just the letters I used. I can post the phrase if you would like. I just wanted to get your perspective on them. Not a big deal.

Is the phrase a secret?
I am afraid you might not appreciate my views on lexigrams. I do not do them like others.

But I am glad to see others and you getting into them!
I like playing on the spiral chain game!
Good practice!
The rules are on the first post on that thread and you can follow them or do as I do and use only words you can get from the previous post and no other added ones.
Either way it is fun! Go back about 2 or 3 pages and read...it is freaky cool fun!
Love
Fayte

Fayte,

I usually try not to look at a phrase, just take the letters and rearrange them, so I don't get influenced you know? I did post the phrase for you. And I don't mind if you do them differently than me or others. There's more than one way to clean a fish right

Hey Lia,

Yeah, you may very well be right. I just went and reread the last one from you. I can't say I remember replying to it, so perhaps I didn't. I don't always have the greatest memory. Plus, the Sags I know all have excellent memory. Sorry.

You have mail.

I am actually reading a Taoist book right now called "Healing Love through the Tao", that is the female's version of a guide to storing and circulating their sexual energy from our ovaries to promote health, creativity and vitality.

The male's version is called "Taoist Secrets of Love: Cultivating Male Sexual Energy", which does advocate the males having orgasms without ejaculating to transform this as well into strength and vitality and longetivity.

Magus, have you ever read the book I mentioned above? It seems you have the same philosophy about the actual act of sex, but your spiritual philosophy appears to be different. At least thats what I got from your posts.

The message in these books was not to go and have tons of sex, but to cultivate the Jing energy and transform it into a higher spiritual energy when sex did occur. Its actually advocated to be with a partner who your connected to spiritually and mentally because energy is always exchanged during sex for good or bad. These books illustrate in detail exactly how this is, relating to the natural flow of chi in our bodies. It seems like you took with you the health benefits of this practice and left the spiritual message behind. But then again I don't know where you heard about it. Where did you learn about this? Maybe it was not mentioned how the chinese incorporated it into their lives, but they surely do not use this as an excuse to go have lots of random sex. I do not mean to be rude about this, I just think you might of taken this out of context.

I wouldn't care either if you weren't advocating that we go tell our young boys and girls to go have sex freely without regards to the consequences (if not pregnancy or stds, then subtle energy exchanges). Also as a young girl I did not feel repressed sexually at all, I was so full of innocence and love, until of course my later high school years, that I saw boys as crushes. Not to say you can't be loving and sexual, but I just didn't have sexual eyes until I was like 15. Even when I became more sexually mature, I still did not desire to have sex for the sake of having sex because I wanted more to be with a guy romantically. I know guys are different, especially in high school..boy did I freakin learn that one the hard way, but I don't think they need more encouragement to go and try and seduce the ladies. They may be repressed by older generations, but look around you at this current culture, I don't see how it is repressive to a male's sexuality at all. Sure they could be taught not to ejaculate earlier when they are having sex, but to push them further into being interested in sex, god that would be a scary thought for those poor young girls who already go through hell fighting them off. I do not mean to attack you, I really think you mean well Magus. This is all coming from my personal experiences as well. I just wanted to give you another perspective to ponder. Personally I think it's great you discovered this technique and hope it helps you gain health and vitality.

I was recommended those books by an acupuncturist friend of mine whose been doing these practices for like 12 years now. Let me just say for a 37 year old, he looks amazing. His hair is sooo full and his skin is creamy and smooth, his energy level is incredible, and he has healthy muscle tone. All of this is also due to his regular martial arts practice, meditation and wholesome diet. He is impressed with these anti-aging results, but he really started reading the book to learn more about male sexuality so that he could transform his own. He picked up the male version when he was a full blown playboy at 25 years old in France. At the time he almost hated himself for the way he treated women. He couldn't keep a girlfriend very long because he would always end up cheating. He wanted to learn to control his sexual energy and transform it into higher spiritual awareness and creativity instead of keeping it hungry and dormant and in charge in his lower center.

**I really want to make it clear that neither of these famous books about the matter advocate having casual sex in order to generate and store more sexual Jing energy.*** In fact they both state how the two partners should connect mentally and spiritually and physically (on a vibrational level) before making love, so that it is exceptionally beautiful. IN Taoist practice, it's believed that when two make love, energy is garanteed to be exchanged for better or worse so make sure you know who your sleeping with.

So since practicing this sexual Kung Fu as my friend calls it and combining it with his many other spiritual practices, he is actually much less into the lust aspect of sex as he is into the sensuality and tendernes created between two people engaging in it. HE cannot perform anymore unless he cares for and respects the woman in his bed (which shocked him at first) mainly because he put his strong yang sexual energy to good use and developed his spirit and yin energy so that now his love and compassion has effortlessly transformed all that raw lust into something more beautiful and well rounded. Oh but he's still got it in the bedroom Also I want to remind everyone, this man lives by no specific moral code, his principles came naturally after practicing.

Sorry I just wanted to share the example of my friend because I think he's such a beautiful man all around. He's so whole, fully encompassing his maleness, while not being afraid of his feminine side.

I had not intended to turn that into an ode to this man, sorry just got a little carried away. I just hope people are inspired by his lifestyle, I know I am
