I am soooooooo sorry, couldn't resist, giggles.

Actually, this group does paranormal investigations, I am not familar with the equipment used. They are out to prove scientificly that these things exist. I am unfamiliar with the East Coast TAPS organization, this group is suppose to have the same type of equipment, but located here in Northern Calif.

How strange that this topic was in my head this morning and I was considering of posting a similar themed topic when this entry was bumped up again from September of last year!!

Knowflakes think alike, I guess

I am so fascinated by "the other side". I used to have a morbid fear of death and in some ways still have, but as I learn more about the other side my fear turns into the fact that no energy can be destroyed just transferred. All souls have a choice, even in death, no soul is drafted to go to hell or heaven.
I do have a question though and Im curious to know what everyone thinks of how souls transition into the other state. There are some souls who are so shocked and in disbelief that they passed away that they refuse to acknowledge that they are dead and continue to stay in a certain plane because they just cannot let go (these are the ghosts and tortured spirits that still haunt houses, places that they are attached to). And then there are some souls who accept that they are going into another phase of their soul journey and let go...making the decision between staying in a certain place as a spirit to help other human beings or going back to a human body because there is still unfinished business, perhaps karmic wise, on the earth plane.
Is that the reason why some people can contact other spirits because they either cannot let go still and are so attached to the physical plane/are already in another spiritual plane eager to guide us, and why some people cannot at all contact other spirits because they have gone back to the our material plane and how can you possibly call out to a spirit that's in a human body, already has let go of their previous life and are on the next incarnation?
Hope this made some sense...would love to hear what you guys think....
