Hi Fayte and Nam

------------------
Between the woods and frozen lake
The darkest evening of the year....
The only other sound's the sweep
Of easy wind and downy flake.

The woods are lovely, dark, and deep,
But I have promises to keep,
And miles to go before I sleep,
And miles to go before I sleep. ~Robert Frost

today i have to head out in search of health insurance for the needy, it's like a charity program for those of us in the really low income brackets. medicaid rejected me.

not looking forward to it, but looking at it as an opportunity to bless the day just the same.

I wish you best of luck.
I know what its like to be "too rich"...hah! For the social services help like Medicaid, Heap, Foodstamps and all that.
The people on full Welfare in my area live better than my husband and I! They can get free
food, clothes, heat, section eight, or if they own a house, they can get free home repairs! Or get this..even if rich and over age 65!
It sucks to make for example an average of only $150 a month "too much" to be qualified for stuff....the stuff that the $150 "too much" a month could never possibly buy.
There should be a sliding scale not a fixed cut off point.
Have you tried to get SSI?
I wish I could help but most folks I know either have medical through their job or Medicaid or Medicare...or they are just suffering.
Good luck and let us know what you find out.

I love what you said here:
quote:
My identity is always the same anywhere and everywhere I go, I don't have a problem with letting people see the real me.

With that said there has been a few times where I just opt to remain quiet instead of lying or creting a new identity to fit in just because some people are way out of touch.
But if those people would ever ask me the truth about something or an opinion I would give it to them same as anyone else, with nothing else but the truth, even if they would laugh or think I am crazy.

You are on the right track in my opinion!

Hi Lei_Kuei....

I have battled the problem that you are, I think internet addiction is part of the problem.

Start simple, turn off the computer 1 hour before you usually do and go lay on the couch and read with dim lighting.

One thing that has helped me immensely is turning the brightness on my monitor ALL the way down after 9 pm.....staring into that bright light messes up your biological clock.

Then try setting your alarm for a certain time, and try to get up at the same time every day.

SOmething that has helped me is a half glass of red wine in the evening...

Some people say melatonin and valerian work, i had little sucess with them..what did it for me is turning down the computer brightness, and just putting my body in bed earlier. Takes discipline but its worth it.
