LEXXI asked because I'm interested in seeing things from your point of view, having been through so much. If you don't want to do that, fair enough. I don't usually like to speak on behalf of other people, so I'll speak for myself and through the way I see and feel about kat, and that is that she's an exceptionally beautiful, loving and compassionate being and that you're speaking with people who aren't judging you. If you don't want to say, then don't. IP: Logged |

Yeah, that's how I see it. I just think the whole concept of soulmates has become romanticised to the point of fantastical. You attract what is right at the time, it doesn't make them "the one" or mean that it's going to last forever. Taking people as they are rather than imposing (possibly unrealistic) expectations on them and the relationship goes a long way. IP: Logged |

I have been through much, more than most folks could handle. I do not mind sharing but geez, some of the reactions I have gotten in the past have been nasty and cruel, and not understanding. Even during a stroke I was mocked and ridiculed and harassed repeatedly, here and by e-mail and phone. I was even accused of making it all up to get attention and one person even demanded I send her copies of medical proof! I am still working on a reply for here but want to word it very carefully so as to not confuse folks nor give away too much of my privacy. quote: I don't usually like to speak on behalf of other people, so I'll speak for myself and through the way I see and feel about kat, and that is that she's an exceptionally beautiful, loving and compassionate being
I TOTALLY AGREE! KAT IS A REAL SWEETHEART! quote: and that you're speaking with people who aren't judging you. If you don't want to say, then don't.
Some have before. I do want to say, but want to write it up carefully like I said. Also, it has been so hot here and no AC and been going through even more unasked for, undeserved medical issues of late.....so this concept of "it is my fault" or whatever, just irks me terribly to say the least. I wish ALL MY ILLS were psychological.....those I would fix! I have healed myself of many physical things to date in my life, to the utter shock of doctors. Part of why I was and am called an enigma by dozens of them. More later.......------------------ Everyone is a teacher... Everyone is a student... Exactly. I've always found it odd that relationships are commonly considered failures if they come to an end. As if everything has to be "till death do us part". What happened to "till life do us part"? Life is change, movement, growth. But, of course, there is also much to be said in favor of "building something to last". There are no rules, really. The wind tells you when to raise, and where to direct, your sails.

LEXX,Are you familiar with The Gerson Therapy? Taking some of the measures advocated by Dr. Max Gerson might do you a world of good. Then maybe you could shut these people (like lotusheartone) up for good. I'm sorry you've had to deal with that crap.

T Valus Thank you both! Dealing with drama in my offline life right at this moment.... will reply more asap!PS.Gerson Therapy... yes...sorry...very bad experience. And LHO was not the worse by a long shot. Compared to what others said and did, LHO was nothing but simply mildly annoying. ------------------ Everyone is a teacher... Everyone is a student... As a neurodivergent neurodiversity advocate, this is my main New Age gripe:I don't like it when some people that are into New Age beliefs separate Indigos,Crystals from neurodivergents like Indigos,Crystals are gifted and positively special people and neurodivergents are brain damaged and have illnesses caused by toxins, vaccines, and other poisoning. The strengths that neurodivergents aren't considered. Their gifts aren't something that is paid attention to. I discussed the issue with a high functioning autistic woman on the phone yesterday, and she agreed. This especially goes for autistic spectrum people.
There are people that think that autism is just a result of vaccines, poisoning, and toxins. There are autistic adults that can't stand that view, and that especially goes for the ones that are Neurodiversity advocates. Autistic Spectrum can be genetic. It can run in families. It can stem from genetic mutations which all of us have to some extent. Also back in the old days, people with autism were thought to have schizophrenia or mentally retarded. Research now reveals that autistic intelligence is very complexed. You can't test it with the mainstream intelligence tests that require verbal skills. They tend to score a lot higher on Matrice Raven tests which are visual problem solving tests. They tend to solve problems on those tests a lot faster than people without autism.

I think that is a shame, because it's focus is "negative" or how to make them fit into certain parameters, instead of looking at it like, hey what do these human beings have to contribute for the good of humanity in their gifts. IP: Logged |
