But I was like 'WHAT WAS THAT!? Oh just my mind playing tricks on me...But I saw it I followed it with my eyes, even turned my head to keep looking at it, yes it happened quickly but it lasted for more than a second. And when I see something for more than a second, I can't just shrug it off.'

Did kind of make me think orb, but I didn't want to jump to that conclusion since I felt like that was a big statement to make. I really don't consider myself as one of those people that can see ghosts. Though I saw a shadow figure one time.

I told my guy about it, and he said it might be something.

Later that night I'm reading Robert Bruce's book Astral Dynamics.

And my eyes darted to the other page and I read something about.

Projectors visiting awake people. And the awake people can see projectors as a silver white orb that moves very fast.

It reminded me so much of what I saw. It really blew my mind. Have no idea who it would be though. I only know one person who does this, and it wasn't him.

But I guess projectors and ghost are a lot alike so it's possible it could of been a ghost.

Until now nothing strange happened. but today while i was in the shower i heard a door slam.
When i came out my little dog was locked in the hallway. It slammed with a force.

my mom however, is pretty attuned to those things. she has woken up a few times with an aura or a cloud surronding her. i remember i was so angry at it i challenged it and nothing ever happened. we then burned sage and blessed the house with holy water. nothing has happened since.

I asked her what her views on orbs and shadow figures are.

And she was definitely picking up on what I saw. She said that orbs are passed on loved ones that are visiting you.

And the shadow figure she said they are spirits in human form. And dark figures doesn't always mean dark beings. I told her I didn't get a threatening vibe from it, but was kind of freaked out. And reacted in a way where I turned my head and told my self and said I am not seeing this! And the medium said that is why I didn't see it anymore. Cause we are more powerful than spirits.

I can't help believing in ghosts because of things like that. Also I've spent a good amount of time with dying people and they usually start talking to spirits. I hope I didn't already post about this but I forget, so I'll risk repeating myself.

Once, my dying grandmother, who lived with us, was having a long conversation...apparently with her empty chair. I was young and had never encountered anything like this before. I said, "Who do you think you're talking to, Grandmom?" She said, "What do you mean, obviously I'm talking to Rose!" (I guess that was one of her sisters, she had almost a dozen siblings.)

I laughed and said there was nobody there, and my grandmother got p***ed off and said, "RIGHT THERE. ROSE."

I just giggled and my grandmother looked me straight in the eye and told me off; it was ONLY time she ever scolded me like that in my life (and I think I deserved it.) She said, "This isn't funny. None of this is funny at all."

As the years have gone by I've seen more dying people talk to spirits and now firmly believe she really was interacting with one when I rudely interrupted.

Yes twice when i was on the phone with someone about a week later we were interepted buy someone letting out a loud breath and it wasn't either one of us
