quote: 3)I stopped putting sexual images and language up on the internet. I was doing it to liberate myself and others from sexual shame. Now I believe that sexual shame is what we feel when we miss the mark of what God wants for us around our sexuality.

Nah... my own mother went through similar extremes in beliefs, existential/experiential stuff. It's all good. I have, but not to that degree! Sanguines like Michelle & my own Mum can get quite carried away on the belief wheel, Im a phlegmatic, quite zen, like the centre of the wheel.I just find it so interesting. I have been watching her blog for months! And bang! She leaves everyone stupefied!

Those are my feelings, too. In order to reach a fullness of vision, some people experiment with various "beliefs", lenses, or perspectives. Keeping nothing of their former selves, they look through the eyes of the saint, the fisherman, the scientist, the hedonist, the preacher, the pupil, the genius, the artist, the explorer, the peacemaker, the conqueror, etc. Carried to excess, the excess is purged, and need never be guarded against thereafter. For them, this is the path to a higher, more harmonious integration. I don't know if I'm sanguine or what (melancholic? maybe) IP: Logged |

I sincerely hope that this is a new path for her and not just a new fad. There is nothing more disappointing that being able to relate to someone on all kinds of levels and then finding out that they are not who they say they are. I wanted her to be authentic. And genuine. How can she go from what she used to be to what she is now in 2 weeks? (Note to self: How did I get so fixed?) http://neoxenos.org/temperaments/temperament_test.htm I am: Sanguine: 5 Choleric: 4 Melancholy: 19 Phlegmatic: 12 IP: Logged |

LOL
"We read the world wrong and say that it deceives us." ~ Rabindranath TagoreThis is who she is. I told you her Sun's in the 12th. Whether she stays on this path, or follows it until she reaches another path, makes no difference. It's really all one path, and she's on it. She's been on it. Nothing changed, really. She's followed a winding road that turned her 180 degrees around, but ultimately continued in the one direction. I know how you feel, but ask yourself what it is about her that you related to, most deeply. I suggest that it hasn't changed.

Or if it has changed.. so what? She had something for you, and now she doesn't. It's disappointing, but if you didn't put her on a pedestal, you wouldn't be so disappointed now. Trust me, she's no saint. And that's okay. Maybe she has gone of the deep end with the evangelizing and posting links to stuff about being a submissive wife and being the bride of Christ, etc., and posting it all on your facebook wall... But people are allowed to go too far. Especially Saggies, right? Give her a hint in another direction, if you think that's appropriate. Post a women's lib quote in response. Be yourself.

I know she seems puzzling but I understand the 180 degree flips. Perhaps she'll find the happy medium between the sacred and profane. When the "Spririt" enters, one automatically goes into preaching and trying to get converts. It's only natural and by design, and most people don't even have an awareness of how preachy they can be. My thoughts, much blame and shame has been created by religions and churches. The Divine Feminine needs to be properly reflected and respected. Hidden knowledge should be kept sacred, with the trust that it is awarded to the deserving, to those that have done the work. This prevents abuses of power and intentional malicious destruction. Here is where "too much information" can be a bad thing.IP: Logged |

I hid them too Yin, I wonder how many people have done the same? I just can't be drenched in "praise Jesus" & "I give my life over to God", not that there is anything wrong with it, it's just not my vibe. Yin I think you are Melancholic & Phlegmatic secondary. Valus I think you are Melancholic & Choleric secondary. Lovely. Lexx she turned many heads and pulled in many eyes to her blog when she started posting her life very honestly and explicitly in all details including all her health and sexual practices. You wont find anything in that nature any more as you can see from the conversations here. Many adored her frankness, courage, freedom, strength and sexuality, some more so now, some less now. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AHGExI2X1Mk quote: Hoʻoponopono (ho-o-pono-pono) is an ancient Hawaiian practice of reconciliation and forgiveness. Similar forgiveness practices were performed on islands throughout the South Pacific, including Samoa, Tahiti and New Zealand. Traditionally hoʻoponopono is practiced by healing priests or kahuna lapaʻau among family members of a person who is physically ill. Modern versions are performed within the family by a family elder, or by the individual alone.
